The pictures of the room on the website look new. The new bedsheets and pillowcases have the Super OYO logo on them, but the real thing is not like that.
Many reviews say it is an old school, which is true, but not terrible. The condition is not bad. I could sleep comfortably. But you shouldn't advertise pictures that look better than the real thing. It doesn't match the cover.
There are only 2 power sockets in the room, and the TV and fridge are gone. Have to use the plugs in the bathroom. (Hair dryer plug) Mobile phone charger
Warm water, adjust the heat not just hot and cold.
The school is not reachable. Can't call the number provided. This is a school with a main branch, you can't contact the call center by calling.
All in all, I booked but can't contact anyone. What would you ask?

Standard rooms vary a lot in terms of cleanliness and in general condition of bed sheets, pillow covers, etc.
Had to change rooms once during our 5-night stay due to extreme foul odour from the bathroom. The lady at the front desk (likely manager or owner) seems unconcerned and uninterested in the welfare of the guests especially asians.
Otherwise, we couldn't complain much for the price (300THB per night)and location (right around the corner to the old town moat).

The location was good. The staff was friendly. The rooms were old and the water was weak. Given the age of the building and the condition of the facilities, I would use this hotel again if it was up to 400 baht per night, but if it was over 500 baht, I would look for another hotel.
