We had an excellent stay. The hotel is an oasis of calm set in a quality building environment yet close to activity areas such as the night market. The service was very friendly and professional, with special thanks to the doormen (including Art) and the ladies at breakfast whose friendliness and attention made our morning starts special. Breakfast was very varied with a combination of self and table service. The pool is rather deep (not suitable for poor swimmers !) but all in all the combination of character and good and friendly service makes this hotel a very special experience.

Just near Anantara, it is quiet in the bustle. It is a small luxury hotel renovated from a French villa. It has a spa, swimming pool on the first floor, and afternoon tea in the garden towards the river. It's only 5 minutes away from Changkang Road Night Market. The hotel has breakfast but no dinner. If you just want to find a delicious dinner nearby, there is a good Italian restaurant opposite Anantara, and there is also Thai food in the hotel next door.

The hotel is in French colonial retro style and has a beautiful environment. There is a temple nearby and next to the Mae Ping River. It's a little far away from the ancient city, but the hotel can arrange for a retro car to be delivered to the entrance of the ancient city for free. Just some facilities are a bit old such as hair dryer.

Love this hotel very much. I stayed here once six years ago and came here again this time. The villa-style hotel is very well maintained, small and exquisite, and the service is very good. The location is right by the Ping River, surrounded by several good Western restaurants and cafes, and not far from Tha Pae Gate. Their spa is also good.
