Awful experience. I wouldn’t bother with this place, pictures look okay but from our personal experience I wouldn’t recommend at all. Arrived in the room, ants everywhere, couldn’t put our bags on the floor, air con was literally leaking water like a shower so we couldn’t have it on. DONT rent a bike from them, we rented one and it was agreed and paid for 2.5 days as we arrived late evening and our bus was at 1:30 pm 3 days after, agreed it and paid for the 2.5 days, check out and ask for the passport back and advised we had to leave soon as we were catching a bus, the woman wouldn’t answer and the reception was telling us it was our fault and we were giving the scooter back late, which we were not. They tried to scam us. Breakfast isn’t cooked fresh in the kitchen, I asked for eggs and bacon and toast thinking it would be 5 minutes as I was told ‘5 minutes’ by exception, nope waited half an hour and it was delivered by someone from up the road and had started to go cold. Because of all of this drama they caused with the bike and not giving us the passport back, we have had missed our bus to our new location and have to buy new tickets. Not impressed at all, awful experience, don’t go. One lady I dealt with for our zip line and washing was lovely tho!

This place really is a fantastic hotel, comfy beds, clean rooms, quiet area but also in the heart of chiang Mai so its close to everything, it feels just like home. The pool is great for when you want to cool down, but the best part is the people, the manager is the sweetest kindest person I have ever met, she always goes out of her way to make our experience better, highly recommend to families an couples. I wish I could give this place 100 stars. Can’t wait to stay again in the near future. Thank you Wiriya house ❤️
