Из плюсов шикарное месторасположение, под окном пение птиц всевозможное, рабочий кондиционер. Минусы перечислять не буду их множество , я не капризный путешественник , было комфортно. Хозяйка отеля очень милая, красивая женщина! Удачи ей и ее сыновьям

I would never recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy. this was the first time I book but unfortunately we couldn’t arrive this booking from 6-10 November. but I made booking again for 12-17 November and we arrive to days late but then they book our room to somebody else even tho we had paid in advance. And when we confront them they say it’s not their fault. It it wouldn’t surprise me if they booked my room that I also paid in advance out from the 6 to 10, November. I have never experienced such bad service and I’ve been traveling a lot.

The best hotel in Chiang Mai!
Excellent location very close to the center where you can easily arrive on foot in a few minutes,
Really cheap price,
But above all exquisite people, very kind, welcoming and ready to give their help in everything and for everything
Mrs Pim was among the friendliest people I have ever met, ready to help and have a chat to cheer up us travellers.
We even lost some money in our room and they were kind enough to find it and keep it for us until our return to Chiang Mai in February, confirming their great professionalism and kindness. We thank them so much for their help.
Long live Hotel Baan Pim,
