I made a reservation because the reviews were good.
The location was not very good and it was inconvenient, but the staff was kind and taught me about the Grab app, which made getting around easier. The room was quiet, but the shower had running water.

Really enjoyed our time here! Our room was spotless, very spacious, with a very modern bathroom, and we had everything we needed. You are around 25-30 minute walk from the centre, however there are so many lovely restaurants, cafes and bars along the way, we loved walking there! We extended by 2 nights, and had to move rooms, but the staff were so kind and ensured it was as smooth as possible. Great hotel :)

Great place to stay - really friendly and helpful staff. The pool was lovely and nice and cold just what we needed. The rooms were nice and cool and large and clean. It is an incredibly good price. The gym was well equipped also. And good location.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights at the Opium Hotel amd Service Apartments. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We had breakfast included in our overnight stay and was delicious and served on time.

Everybody is very friendly and our room very big.. the hotel is not in center of the City but very calm with a good Pool. The breakfast is very good but you have to order what you want to eat the day before. What i dint like is that you have to say at what time you Come to have breakfast. So can not go for breakfast when you wake up but must wait until it is your time. I can say you must try this hotel.

A very pleasant place to stay. Not too far from the shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the old town. Totally recommend it. Great value for money. Wonderful helpful and courteous staff that helped with making restaurant bookings, massage bookings and taxis.

Bellissima struttura, curata in ogni dettaglio, un po' decentrata ma con 10 minuti di taxi si arriva facilmente al centro. Fuori dalla struttura c'è tutto quello che serve, mercato, supermercato negozietti di ogni genere. Lo staff eccezionale, giovani e bravissimi ci tornerei subito.
