The room was great for the cost. No complaints, very clean and spacious. The only slight problem was that if you needed help at reception rarely was there someone there to help. When they did come they were very helpful however.

早餐只有櫃檯小姐自己一個人,做所以必須安排個別吃飯的時間以半小時10個人為檔次,所以很不方便,早上的份量也是非常的少,沒有什麼選擇性,規定的時間到了,這位小姐還在慢慢做,是我們等他不是他等你,服務很差！

退房的時候是一個女性工作人員在前台，非説我們打碎了一個玻璃杯，我們非常肯定不是我們打碎的，因為每天出門前我們都會檢查是否有要帶的東西遺落在房間，所以如果一個玻璃杯碎在地上不可能發現不了。重點是她堅持説是她的員工打掃房間之前進房間的時候發現的，還問我需不需要看監控，太可笑了房間裏哪來的監控？如果有的話就更可怕了吧。總之因為我們趕時間，沒有再繼續爭論下去，最後我按照工作人員的要求付了250泰銖，我付這個錢純粹是不想浪費時間再爭論下去，我認為打掃房間的工作人員撒謊了，如果是他們打碎的他們也需要賠償，但把責任轉嫁給外國遊客，一般外國遊客都會因懶得爭論而付錢。這件事情讓我感到非常生氣和無語，拿不出證據僅憑工作人員一面之詞就讓顧客背鍋，這絕不合理，我不接受這種做法。
另外兩位男性工作人員確實很熱情也給我們提供了幫助。衹是對這個酒店的好感因為非要説我們打碎了玻璃杯的事情而下降很多。
