Fabulous place and very well located. Small boutique hotel. The rooms are very beautifully decorated, they are also very spacious.

It's worth the price with the environment and decoration for what I am paying due to advance booking without cancellation. Pros: 1. Nice ancient decoration 2. Water temperature is hot enough for the shower tank 3. Spacious and acceptable cleanliness 4. Strategic location (within walking distance to most of the temples and have 7eleven nearby) Cons: 1. Doesn't equipped with small fridge (you can not keep your drinks chill if you plan to enjoy any drinks in the room, unless you buy some ice cubes) 2. The pillow is too soft which I personally prefer harder pillow. 3. The pressure of the shower head would be better if it can be stronger (P.S. I am staying at room located at ground floor). The breakfast variety is not alot but is enough for breakfast, which basically covering 2 main dish, 1 clear soup, yogurt, fruits and salad, cereals, fruit juice, coffee and tea, bread and pastry.

Hotel itself is a little old, breakfast is just ok, but location is good near weekend shopping street.

We initially booked Sri Lanna hotel ..Upon checked in the duty mgr told us that the hotel was fully booked and some under maintenance hence we were refer to the sister hotel called Pingviman . Much better and much nearest to the Saturday night market ..The room bigger and we were upgraded to the room just near the pool ..Breakfast is non halal and just soso only ..Highly recommend PINGYIMAN ..Tq

Big and beautiful room.

We were not aware that the Deluxe King Suite with spa had no windows, it would have definitely affected our choice. There was a connecting door to another room and the lock could not work well, we did not like that security was a concern. Rooms were spaciously and decked out in traditional deco, however rooms can be quite dusty and the bath tub was very dirty with even visible hair. We did not use the bath tub at all. Breakfast was good - made to order fried rice/omelette, cereal, fruits and waffles.

Décor of the hotel is very traditional Thai and tasteful. The room is huge. Service is courteous. A couple of cons: no hand soap/washing gel at the sink, and no sippers.

This is a central hotel with twenty-four hours reception breakfast average. the location is good and I was satisfied with what I paid

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, it felt so local and in a central, convenient area. Staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean and the pool was so refreshing. This accommodation is value for money

Traditional beautiful hotel^^

In May, I came to Chiang Mai with a group of friends. I chose this hotel to find a triple room. At first, I was a little worried when I found that there was no promotion for this hotel on Xiaohongshu, but I found that it was also a quaint and comfortable hotel. The staff inside were very gentle to check us in and send us ice water. The hotel is not big or small. Although it has been built for a long time, some details are a little old and yellow, but I think it is well maintained and clean. I live in an executive triple room, which is much larger than other double rooms! The heavy wooden doors and Nalan style furniture are quite fresh. The cabinet refrigerator has drinks, snacks and free daily replenished water (I think the water in this hotel is less odorous than the several types of water bought in 711). The furniture is a little old but there is no odor. The bathtub also feels too old so we didn't use it. The toilet area is also super large, and three people don't feel crowded when walking around. Then the brick surface of the swimming pool outside is yellowed, but the water feels surprisingly clean. The breakfast is buffet and delicious, with different dishes every day. I think the location of the hotel is pretty good. It is very close to Chedi Luang Temple, Thapae Gate and the South Gate market. There are 2 711s around it. There are many boutiques, cafes and massage parlors within walking distance. I am quite satisfied with the whole trip. After checking out, I went back to the hotel because of some unexpected things. They also gently sent ice water and let us rest for a long time in the restaurant. I am willing to come here with friends next time. The above is my personal experience of this trip. I hope what I said can give you a reference~ Try this old but gentle hotel.

The location is very convenient and the environment is very good. There is a convenience store within a 3-minute walk. The waiters are very polite and the breakfast is also very good.
