This is my fourth time staying at this hotel, and I stay for a week each time. Grand Napat Service Apartment, Baan Napat Apartment, and Naparat Hotel have the same owner and are located on the same premises. Naparat Hotel is clean and offers free snacks in the refrigerator. You can get free coffee and other items in the lobby until noon. There is no pool or gym. There is a 7-Eleven at the entrance to the premises, which is very convenient, and there are local restaurants, JJ Market 5 minutes walk away, and a large Lotus shopping center 10 minutes walk away, making it convenient for daily life. On the other hand, it takes more than 20 minutes to walk from the northeast corner of the old town. For those who can easily use grab bars and bolts, or those who rent a car or motorcycle, there is no location problem. If you are coming as a family or couple and need a pool, I recommend Grand Napat.

The hotel is very good for me. Suitable for staying The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is wide, the room is spacious, there's plenty of parking. The room has a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, cotton swabs, and a shower cap. In the refrigerator, the minibar is free. I stayed for 3 nights and replenished every day. The property has an elevator. There is a coffee maker. You can press it in the morning. At the entrance of the alley there is a convenience store. Just walk 100 meters. Lots of restaurants, easy to find something to eat. Recommended. It's a good hotel in Chiang Mai, overpriced.

The hotel is very close to JJ market. We had a night flight and were looking after our parents and children. We had just come out of the mountains and forests and wanted to take a shower, go shopping and rest. There were no hourly rooms here, so we booked this place temporarily. There were many rooms, and you could check in early if there were vacancies. It was the standard of domestic express hotels. No toothbrushes or bottled water were provided, but it was clean and cheap, and it was convenient to go shopping and eat around (you have to go to the market in the morning on weekends. When we went there at 4 pm, the stalls had already been removed and only permanent merchants were left). There should be extra fees for bringing children, but we checked out early because we were not staying overnight, so we discussed with the front desk and didn't charge them.

It was clean, but the beds were not made on some days. The location is a little inconvenient, but if you know how to use the rental bikes and ride-hailing apps it's not a problem. There is no pool.
