The lady staff in the front is super rude and had a unpleasant attitude I simply told her I couldn’t sleep last night because of the frogs making noise even pass 2am, had to put ear plugs in and could still hear it. She decided to stay we can’t do anything about it when you clearly can, didn’t make the situation any better. For the room it was pretty basic you would expect a little better service as your paying a bit more compared to other hotels. The bathroom was lacking amenities, wasn’t worth it. Staffs attitude made it a worse stay

We just had a drink and found the waiter friendly with a smile, however the pina colada coconut cocktail without alcohol there was only ice for 180 bath which is expensive for an ice cocktail in Thailand.

One of the best places I have ever stayed! Amazing staff and great rooms! Stayed for over two weeks. Good location for Old Town and markets. Will be back soon. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel with atypical architecture with Chinese astrological sign theme, very well decorated. We stayed 5 nights in the superb snake room. Top notch welcome, kindness, discretion and cleanliness. Very good restaurant on site. We will come back with pleasure.
