they didn't have conditioner but except for it, it was grate. staff could speak a little bit of Japanese which makes me happy. I will bring swimsuit next time. You can enjoy the pool even if it’s raining. The only one thing I got disappointed was that I couldn't use gym.

Nice experience, Thai feeling at best in this northern style hotel . Locally best food stalls. Best prices they also offer best prices for long stay. Only minus is the rooms aren't so quiet and the beautiful woods windows don't close well.

L’hôtel semble laissé à l’abandon, tout était très sale : draps, linge de toilette, oreillers, table de nuit collante de liquide etc… des équipements très vétustes. Nous ne sommes pas restés pourtant arrivés très tard (plus d’1h du matin) nous sommes repartis car impossible de dormir dans une telle crasse. Seul point positif : remboursement intégral et sans frais des trois nuits réservées.

We spended three nights at this beautiful venue with a super friendly and professional receptionist who helped us to visit Chiang Mai. We will never forget this trip. I will really recommend to stay here if you are passing true by Chiang Mai.

Avoid this place! Hotel is extremely out dated. Poor service from staff. Pool is not clean and definitely wouldn’t swim in it. Towels were stained, the sink looked like it had never been clean with the last guests tooth brush still there. Honestly the elephant sanctuary toilet & shower room was cleaner and maintained better than this hotel room! Yuk, we checked out after one night.
