After returning from the night market at around 11 o'clock, the power suddenly went out while I was taking a shower, and the hot water was gone. I called the front desk but no one answered. I could only dry myself, dress and go downstairs to notify the front desk. After a while, the front desk staff came to check and notified the construction staff to come for repairs. After that, no relevant person in charge came to communicate or apologize.

Convenient to go anywhere. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Thapae Gate and about 10 minutes to Warorot Market.
The level of massage at the temple right next door (Wat Mahawan) is extremely high.

Location is good. However, there was no ramp to raise the carrier, only stairs, so I was scolded for lifting it.
The soundproofing is not good. I can hear everything from the person next door. However, when I looked around Chiang Mai and saw that most of the buildings were similar, I thought that unless they were 5 stars, they would not be soundproofed at all.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel staff are super friendly and the food & drinks are delicious. Great location as well in terms of proximity to the center and walking distance to most things, restaurants and bars included.
