The Owner of The Hotel very very friendly and kindness.
Overall, Price is reasonable with room type ! The location nearby at old town So you can walk abit to go there for look at food, bar and shopping.

Lek and his wife were lovely hosts and the room was fresh and clean, with my bed being made for me each day. Lek is a really nice guy too, and plays the guitar well.
The guest house is an old Thai teak building about 5 mins walk from Chiang Mai gate with easy access to the evening food market there.
Being outside the old city, it's quieter than it is inside, but one's also near enough to reach it without any issue.
Also, for me, I liked being near the Old Medicine Hospital (for great Thai massages).
In the mornings there's free instant coffee and tea.
Their cat, Cocoa, was also friendly.
