The room is clean and quiet because it's not next to the main road. The bathroom is clean, very clean. The room doesn't smell musty. The building is relatively new. Overall it is considered very good. Compared to this price

Clean room, beautiful bathroom, hot water, air conditioner not very cold because the room receives direct sunlight. Noisy dogs in the alley barked almost all night. When people next to the room open and close doors or talk, they can be heard very clearly. The room is on the third floor but there is no elevator and no one to help lift things. You have to carry your suitcase up yourself.
