This is the most satisfactory hotel I stayed in during my trip to Chiang Mai. First of all, every staff member provided very good service. They offered drinks while I was waiting in the lobby and helped me call a taxi to move my luggage. Secondly, the hotel has a beautiful environment and spacious rooms. The three of us slept very comfortably with an extra bed. The toiletries were also good, and the shower had high water pressure and good water temperature. Then the breakfast was great, with slightly different varieties every day. The taste was very good and very photogenic.
