This Spring Festival I chose a hotel in Chiang Mai. Environment: In the city center area, only 10 minutes' drive from the airport. You can reach the ancient city on foot. The surrounding restaurants and night markets in the evening are very unique, cheap and good. Facilities: It is still a relatively new hotel. Especially the shared hotel part. The park has beautiful scenery and is decorated with Chinese New Year flavor. The Chinese restaurant and breakfast are in the same place, which is very convenient. Service: The hotel staff at the front desk always greeted me with a smile and recommended some of the best local restaurants. Although I didn't have time to try it. But this service is worth experiencing again.

I changed to a hotel room; the experience is seriously inconsistent with the price. Don’t come.

The hotel is really clean and convenient. The suites have kitchens, stoves, ovens and washing machines. They helped me check in at 12 o'clock. The mini bar was free on the first day. I had breakfast every day until I lasted and snacks were delivered to me in the evening. It was most touching. The most fragrant smell of plums in the hotel corridor is really friendly to sensitive people! The welcome drink was so delicious that I will never forget it!

The hardware facilities are pretty good, except that the lighting in the bathroom is too dim, and you can't even see which is shampoo and which is shower gel when taking a shower. The most troublesome thing is that the building where the suite is located is along the road. The noise every day makes people crazy😫. After staying there for five nights, I had a nervous breakdown. The hotel's service still has a lot of room for improvement, and there is a big gap with the service at the Maradi Hotel next door.

This suite is in a separate building from the hotel itself. The room is for sale and the service is relatively slow to respond. The corridor stairs between the hotel and the hotel are very steep and have many steps, making it difficult for the elderly and children to pass. When crossing the road, there are no traffic lights. Because there are many tuk-tuks and speed issues, it is not safe. The hotel did not send anyone to follow the crossing, so there is a lack of service. Including inside, there are steps after getting out of the elevator and back to the room. The stroller must be lifted up and down by yourself. Room cleaning needs to be reminded many times, too many aspects need to be improved... What's more important is the noise problem, which is non-stop 24 hours a day, especially at night. After feedback, the person in charge of the hotel helped us move to a room in the hotel itself. The environment was much better than the suite. However, the 105-square-meter suite had very little operating space, and many tools could only be placed on the TV cabinet. The wardrobes and bathrooms are very small, and all configurations are only suitable for 2 people. So with 2 large beds and 3 people traveling, whether it is 2 adults, 1 child or 3 adults, it is enough to stay but crowded. The noise problem from the road has been improved, but there will be music from the restaurant and the bar next door until 12pm. Those who are sensitive to sound must pay attention. I think the hotel can improve this by replacing silent glass. During my stay, I discovered that there were needles in the cushions on the dining table, and I didn't get any feedback until I checked out. The quality of afternoon tea may be at the level of China's 1980s and 1990s, and there is basically no need for hotel guests to experience it. Other than that, very satisfied. The staff at the restaurant are very friendly. Because we brought a baby, the hotel extended our room until 4 pm and arranged a drop-off at the airport when we checked out. These are all very considerate details.

The first time I came to Chiang Mai, I brought my mother with me, so in order to let both of them have a good rest, I booked a two-bedroom and one-living room in the hotel apartment building. Generally speaking, the layout of the room is very good, and the room is large and soundproofed, but I don't know why there is always an unpleasant smell in the corridor. The hotel feels older, so the equipment is a little less smart. There is a swimming pool on the top floor (the swimming pools in the hotel and serviced apartment buildings are now used separately), each has its own merits. The breakfast is quite rich at the hotel. The scenery is very good. My favorite time every day is breakfast time. Especially when it rains, it will be more beautiful. As expected, it is the design of Kerryhills. The feeling of being present at the scene can be more intuitive, even if it doesn't rain. Be the riverside. But in the morning, I felt that there were not enough service staff in the hotel and the restaurant was very busy. They would lead people to tables that were not yet closed for dining. But the entire hotel staff is warm and friendly. (Because I stayed at the Four Seasons for two days later, there is a clear contrast in these details.) The location of the hotel is not particularly ideal, but it is the only one with suitable room types when I go there for the first time. I may not necessarily choose this place next time I go there. . Suitable for living with children or elderly parents
