此次春節選擇清邁入住的酒店。
環境：在市中心區域，距離機場僅10分鐘車程。平時步行，就可以到古城。晚上週邊的餐飲和夜市，非常有特色，物廉價美。
設施：還是屬於比較新的酒店。特別是共用的hotel部分。園區景色很美，佈置了中國春節風味。中餐廳和早餐都在同一個地方，非常方便。
服務：前台的酒店人員，一直用微笑🙂迎接，還推薦當地最好的幾個餐廳。雖然沒來的及試試。但這份服務，值得再去體驗。

酒店真的乾淨又便利，套房帶廚房，灶頭烤箱洗衣機一應俱全，12點就幫我辦理入住，mini吧第一天全送，每天早飯吃到撐晚上還有小點心送到位，最感人的是酒店走廊香香的一股梅子味，實在是敏感人士友好了！歡迎飲料太美味了一直念念不忘ka！

硬件設施還不錯，除了衞生間的燈光太昏暗，洗澡時都看不清哪個是洗髮水哪個是沐浴露。最讓人頭疼的是套間那幢樓沿馬路，每天的噪音讓人抓狂😫，住了五晚後都神經衰弱了。酒店的服務還有很大的提升空間，和隔壁的馬拉迪酒店的服務有很大的差距。

這個套房是和酒店本身分離的單獨建築，房間是可出售性質，在服務上反應相對遲緩。
和酒店之間的連廊樓梯很陡且台階較多，老年人和小孩無法通過。過馬路的話，沒有紅綠燈，因為突突車很多以及車速的問題，所以不太安全，酒店也沒有派人跟隨過馬路，在服務上有欠缺。包括在內部，出了電梯回房間竟然也有台階，嬰兒車必須要自己抬上抬下。房間清潔也需要提醒多次，太多方面需要提升了……
更重要的是噪音問題，24小時不會有停歇，夜晚尤甚。
反饋後酒店負責人幫我們換到了酒店本身的房間，環境比套房這邊好很多，但是105平米的套房操作空間卻極小，很多工具衹能放在電視櫃上。衣櫃浴室都很小，所有的配置僅適合2人。
所以2張大床，3人出遊，無論是2大1小還是3大人，都是夠住但擁擠。
來自馬路的噪音問題得到改善，但是會有餐廳和隔壁酒吧的音樂聲，會持續到晚上12點。對聲音敏感的一定要注意，我覺得酒店可以更換靜音玻璃來改善這一點。
入住期間發現餐桌的坐墊裏有針，直至退房也未得到回饋。
下午茶的品質可能是中國8.90年代的水平，對於住店客人基本沒有特意體驗的必要。
除此之外，都很滿意。餐廳的員工都很友善，因為帶了bb，酒店幫我們把房間延遲到下午4點，退房時安排了送機，這都是很貼心的細節。

第一次來清邁 是帶著母親一起來的所以為了讓兩個人都休息好所以定了兩室一廳的房型，在酒店公寓那棟樓。 總的來說房間的格局很好 ， 房間也很大隔音好，但是不知道為什麼走廊一直有股難聞的味道。 酒店感覺比較久了 ，所以設備稍微的有點不那麼智能。 頂樓有泳池 （現在酒店和酒店式公寓兩棟樓的泳池分開用了） ，各有千秋吧。早餐還算豐盛在酒店那邊， 景色非常好，每天最喜歡就是吃早餐的時間了，特別是下雨會更美，果然是kerryhills的設計，去現場臨在的感覺能更直觀，不下雨可以做河邊。但是早上感覺酒店服務人員不夠 餐廳手忙腳亂的 會帶位到還沒有收的桌子去用餐。 但是整個酒店工作人員是熱情友善的。（因為後面還住了兩天四季，這細節一下就有明顯對比） ，酒店位置 怎麼說呢 不是特別的理想 但是第一次去 只有這裡有適合的房型， 下次自己去可能不一定會選擇這裡 。 適合帶小朋友或者年邁父母的居住
