真的不能信以後推薦的所謂“奢華高端”酒店…
有一説一，這家服務很好，但是設施和房間實在太差，隔音也差，還好最後攜程幫忙協商提前退房了，不然我都想提前結束假期回國了

Customer Service can be further improved. Inconsistent level of service from the staff, some are friendly (like Sun that help us check-in) but some are not (couldn’t get the name that help us check-out).
