The hotel has beautiful greenery and the rooms are very clean. We are a family of four, two adults and two children. We did not fill in the correct number of people when we made the reservation. When we arrived, we were told that we needed to upgrade the room type. Although we had to pay the price difference, the extra bed fee and meal fee for the children were included. Very reasonable. Everyone must fill in the correct number of people before making a reservation. Had a very nice three days. For ten days this time, I booked 137, Raya Heritage and Four Seasons Hotel. 137 is my first choice next time I come to Chiang Mai.
