Chiang Mai San Phee Suea Hotels

The desk staff deleted my email booking then they talk me to give the email booking. Lucky we have save the booking number. My partner found my email booking in trash email. because they said they are full double bed they cant provide. They gave us 2 single bed. We got a cheap price on agoda. We book superior double bed. They said it is full and on vacation people book a lot. Then they should call and check with us if they cant give the room like booking. They ask us to add money and upgrade the room. They said because we book on agent agoda then we should contract agoda. They dont do anything with that. We derived far from city to get a room with 2single bed for a couple. Very disappointed Never come back again. Dont recommend anyone to come here.

The mountain view shown does not match the room we had. The rooms are clean and spacious with a nice balcony with very hard chairs. Air conditioning works well, thermostat for adjusting the refrigerator temperature broken. Thorough cleaning. Location: from the center by Bolt 150 Bath. No supermarket nearby and only a few food stalls.

The location of the school is opposite the temple and the atmosphere of the parking lot looks dull. At first, I got a room next to the shrine. Feel the oldness of the building and give it a smell until you feel like moving, but the receptionist who checks in is very cute. Offer to move rooms and let us see the rooms before deciding if we can stay comfortably or not. The room to choose is new and clean. Wide and the younger staff take good care of the service. The overall area looks old and shabby. should be renovated There are few amenities. Good that the room is spacious, the bathroom is big, the bed is big, the water is strong and there is a balcony to sit out. If traveling alone like us, it will feel a bit strange because of the decay of the school, but if going to many people, it will not feel crowded.

The hotel was unexpectedly great. I had originally booked it five days before New Year's Day. There were no good hotels left in popular tourist destinations like Chiang Mai, but I happened to see a hotel with a reasonable price. I originally saw the photo on Ctrip's homepage. I didn't have high hopes. I even wanted to switch to another more expensive hotel before checking in. However, because I booked their airport pick-up service, I thought their service was okay. After I checked in, I found out that it was a treasure hotel and the hotel was not clearly marked. Great hotel for the pictures and name! It is recommended that the name be changed to Garden Yaju Hotel, which is closer to the Thai name, because it is not an apartment itself, and the hotel is not a chain hotel, but a unique garden hotel with a sense of design and details. Everywhere you walk in, there are views, many places They are all carefully designed. My room was a deluxe room. It was in a separate courtyard. When I entered, I found it was very big. In addition to the bedroom, there was also a large bathroom, bathtub, and two toilets. The best thing was that it had an independent small balcony and a private swimming pool. The space of more than 100 square meters is more than enough for two adults and one child. It's a pity that this trip was so busy that I didn't have time to enjoy the private swimming pool and bathtub. I will consider staying here next time because there are also family suites and other larger room types at great prices. I would also like to praise the hotel's pick-up and drop-off service. It helped us pick up and drop off four times. It is 30 minutes away from the airport. However, the car is very new and very comfortable. It is a nanny car that can seat ten people. It also has massage seats. The driver's service is great. I was in a hurry in the morning and asked the hotel front desk to help pack breakfast. The service attitude is super good. Wall crack recommended! This is my first time to write a review because I love the hotel so much.

Snugged in a corner of a residential area is this gorgeous hotel that matches its name - White. Two 4 storey buildings and an open pool area make up this comfortable hotel with big huge rooms! Don't expect too much variety for your breakfast but it is sufficient! The location of the hotel is relatively near to (within 10 mins walk): 1) Chiang Mai Gate Market, 2) Anusarn Market, 3) Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, and 4) Wau Lai Walking Street by the river of Mae Kha Canal. You'll have to take time and walk around this area. If you stay around here for more than 3 days, you will find that this area has many little shops and restaurants littered all around that serves fabulous food at very affordable prices! The room was really clean, especially the bathroom, which I really appreciate. Both the rooms and bathroom have a nice aesthetic. There's a small desk, the bed is king sized, and the TV facing the bed seems to be around 40 inces. The AC worked fine. They don't seem to have any shared facilities however.

Absolutely loved our stay in this hotel for about 16 days. It's a big hotel close to Maya mall and upon our request to a higher floor room with great views were granted by the cute and efficient front office staff which made us to stay longer in this gorgeous town. Staff is really nice, efficient, the best here. Our room was in the 10th floor directly across the mountain view and Maya mall. Loved the view. Private balcony with sweeping views. Our room was really spacious, comfy bed and pillows with lovely comforter, big bathroom with ample hot water, shower and jacuzzi, toiletries are provided except for toothbrush, bathrobes and slippers provided. There's a security deposit box. Decent tv with cable channels. Free Wifi but the speed can be improved. There's a sofa bed which is really comfy too. There's a desk and a chair to work as well. Perfect space for people who work. Hotel seem to have two swimming pools but rooftop pool and bar is closed for renovations. There's a gym with decent equipments. Pool towels are provided. Sauna is adjacent to the gym. There's a restaurant and bar on the ground floor. Free water bottles, tea and coffee provided. Daily housekeeping and absolutely the best housekeeping staff. Had enough and more privacy while enjoying our stay. We highly recommend this perfect hotel to everyone who visits Chiang Mai.

First impression was wonderful with all those mountain view and great location and spacious room until I found some cockroach eggs in the room on the carpet and pigeons nesting outside my room, right by the AC outdoor unit. And it's a bit disappointing that the windows are tainted with dust and pigeon fecal matters; I had to clean one window myself to capture the beautiful sunset from room.
