I absolutely loved my stay here and the check out gift was a great idea 😊 They seem to understand that every trip is special and it is hard to book a trip within our busy lives. They made the stay so comfortable and special - i feel very grateful to have found this gem. Massive thank you to all the staff - at the front desk, and at the restaurant every breakfast, with special shout to Moth. They were so accommodating, service was prompt and efficient - 6 stars ⭐️ Its a beautiful hotel/hotel grounds, spacious, quiet, nice but not pretentious. Breakfast was delicious, great pastries, can choose any a la carte. I have been in Thailand for 2 weeks on this trip, having stayed in 3 other hotels which were mediocre - I am happy I ended with this one. I will definitely be back!

First of all, it is indeed an online celebrity hotel, with exquisite scenery, smart garden planning, and many photo spots. If you don’t care about the budget, you can stay for one night. It’s meaningless to stay too much. Andana not far away is much more cost-effective . Secondly, the service is very average. The man who speaks Chinese is just for checking in. The male waiter at the front desk is very cold, and the hotel is very stingy. Except for the ice, everything else needs money. You can’t take away the worn slippers, otherwise you need to pay the bill. In fact, I don’t want to take it away. However, this kind of haggling, and the price is too high, I really feel conflicted in my heart. There is no customer service delivery service after nine o'clock in the evening, so bring your own instant noodles. Finally, regarding the price, the room is not big, and the area is large in the bathroom and balcony. In Chiang Mai, the price/performance ratio is not high. Looking at the house, I think it is small. I upgraded the suite on the spot for 6,000 yuan a day, and the price/performance ratio is really low. Compared with the four seasons, it is ok I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel, because I went to live in the Four Seasons Pool Villa later, the price was only a few hundred, but the scale, refinement, service, and rooms were very different. The most beautiful hotel … the decor, food, view and staff .. when we walked into reception upon arrival it took my breath away .. a relatively new hotel (opened November 2021) there has been no expense spared. All the beautiful touches are everywhere . There is even an artisan bakery within the hotel - try the red velvet cake ! Breakfast was included and had everything we wanted / needed . Dinner was amazing sitting by the river watching kayaks and dragon boats training .. the photos don’t do This place justice .. 2 mins walk away is local open air food courts .. hotel staff recommended and helped organise our days out . Such a special place ..

This resort is in the heat of Chang Mi town center. A very quiet relaxing hotel that was opened up by the royal princess. This mini resort is really a good place to escape from everyday life. We stayed in one of the suites, very spacious, very clean, had lovely aromas, a super big spa bath, and an overall elegant look to it. A great outside space overlooking the property, and a nice bed lounger too. The housekeeping team really knows what they're doing and is very polite. All staff at the resort are very pleasant. The pool area for this resort is great, very clean, and has good features. A good place to cool down after day drips in the heat. Breakfast is located over the road at their off-site restaurant. Breakfast is very simple, and offers you different national types of dishes. Really good. The seating area looks over the river which is great to see while having breakfast. This resort pretty much leaves you to it, to enjoy your time. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay here if you are looking to escape.

We spent a few days in August in this hotel and the truth is that it was excellent value for money. The friendly and decisive staff. Location in the square of Chiang Mai, totally central. Extraordinarily beautiful hotel, very expensively done up , great riverside location , great breakfast assisted by the best breakfast staff I have seen in a hotel, great food , super super (yes really ) beds and good room furnishings, easy access for disabled etc...all were the mostly unanimous opinion of my group of 25 but we can't give it 5* for the following reasons (so check with the hotel if they have improved): 1) NO HOT WATER in all of the rooms we had. No apologies from management but we got a derisory discount as we were paying the bill! They could have offered our group to move to the other building which had hot water as we complained the day before group arrivals as we checked in earlier . Bad management 2) Extremely noisy because of stone floors in rooms and corridors which produce echoes and can drive you nuts... This can be immediately improved by carpet runners in the corridors and a few area rugs in the bedrooms. 3) The room cleaning staff yak yak in very loud voices waking everybody up very early in the morning. Bad management 4) A mixed bag at the front desk. Most were fabulously charming and helpful but one was surly, uninterested and sullen to the point of almost being rude. Shame. 5) No furniture at all on the lovely big patio outside our room All of that said....it's still a great hotel. Five ***** if they can get a grip and we shall be back to check!

I have traveled many countries, and stayed in many great hotels and rentals, but this is the first time I have written a review! What do you hope for when you travel? Me?--a welcoming staff, friendly service, and quality of facility, food, and cleanliness. Villa Sanpakoi goes way beyond in all areas! Every person working on the grounds, kitchen, dining, housekeeping, and front desk is courteous, caring, and sincere. Each morning we receive a free buffet breakfast in a spacious dining room with a terrific host. Afterwards, I enjoy a morning swim in their crystal clear pool. Our room is immaculately cleaned every day by a delightful housekeeping staff. During our stay, we had many questions and at times unusual needs, and the front desk personnel were always responsive and attentive to our requests. An example of the kind of care we experienced during our stay, is that we walked from the hotel to a restaurant about one mile away. During dinner, a monsoon season storm rained heartily. We ended up being stranded on our way home along a flooded alleyway. We could not find an available BOLT car, so in desperation we called the hotel for assistance. The hotel manager himself (who was off duty) came to rescue us! He left his own evening with friends to come pick us up and drive us safely back to the hotel. This sort of kindness and care was present from the first few steps we took onto the property, and embodied by each and every employee. Great job to everyone at Villa Sanpakoi for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable!
