Chiang Mai Airport Chiang Mai|0.63km from Wat Muen San
Wow… where do I even begin. Firstly the hotel exteriors are beautiful. The pool is serene, the designs are lovely and traditional Thai style. The rooms are spacious with a large bed. Very quiet and great sleep even though we were jet lagged. Breakfast is superb, lots of choices even for vegetarians and vegans like us. The location is superb, less than 10 minutes from the airport, right by the old city, walking distance to a couple of night markets. The best part of our stay was the Loy Krathong festivities. We were lucky to be there during the period this year. In the morning the hotel would provide free Krathong making activities with delicious Thai snacks and desserts and in the evening provided food, music, the lucky draw, lantern decorations, and all the Loy Krathong activities. Where we felt the service went above and beyond was during this evening party. We had come to Chiang mai to see our Thai side of our family including our 90 year old grandma who is in a wheelchair. She’s been sick for a while. She as well as our two other family members were allowed to participate and eat and dance for free of charge even though they didn’t have to do that. Furthermore the staff made sure that she had a great time - we haven’t seen yai (Thai word for grandma) this happy in so long especially since she got sick. She was dancing and smiling in the wheelchair! The lady who MC’d as well as the security guard went above and beyond. And all the staff there (there were tens of them!) even waved in a line as her car left. The other members of the family said that we must come back here next year for Loy Krathong so that’s what we will do. Thank you again to all the staff. You made the stay very special, made my family feel emotional.

Most of the hardware facilities are good, but the trash cans in the room and toilet are too small. The overall atmosphere is great, clean and comfortable. Breakfast tastes good too. The pool is also great. The free bicycle rental service is also very good, but it is recommended to pay more attention to the brake problem. The brakes of some bicycles feel a bit loose. The location is very good, quiet and quiet. The only thing that made us uncomfortable was the attitude of the staff. I had paid all the housing payments online in advance, but I was asked to pay an additional deposit of 2,000 baht on site, which shocked us. I have stayed in so many hotels and I have never been asked to pay a deposit. Although the staff was still very polite, what we felt was insincerity and even a bit contemptuous. The staff said they were afraid that we would damage the facilities in the room, so they needed to pay a security deposit, which would be returned to us after we checked out. We still gave us 2,000 yuan, but it caused us inconvenience because we had to go directly to the airport to leave Thailand after checking out, so returning us 2,000 yuan in cash after checking out was very troublesome for us and took up time on our trip. in budget. So the next day we told the staff that please return the cash to us. We can temporarily swipe the card instead. However, when we checked out on the last day, they said that we could not swipe the money back. We need to withhold the two thousand yuan and wait for 14 days. If there is no problem It will be brushed back. We don’t understand again here. If cash can be refunded immediately, why do you have to wait 14 days to swipe a card? We understand that tourists from a certain country may have caused losses to the hotel, which led to your reaction, but it is really uncomfortable for us to face the guests with a suspicious or even contemptuous attitude. Although the staff was very polite and tried their best when explaining Keep smiling, but we can feel the insincerity and discrimination underneath the smile.

It's basically good. The hotel looks quite new. It's very close to the Saturday night market, but the environment is not noisy. It's very convenient to go there with motorcycles in Chiang Mai. Then you can pick up and drop off at the hotel if you participate in local itineraries. , so the location should be very convenient. The breakfast included in this price is pretty good, I think. What can be improved is: you can prepare corresponding dish washing supplies according to the number of days of stay, mainly because the toothpaste is not enough. Secondly, the balcony fence feels loose. Do not get close to it, as you may fall off. Third, I think it is very food safety conscious to put salad in the refrigerator, but if you put milk, other things and cups in the same space, it will taste a little bit. I was told that special breakfast is available on the last day but not available for early flights. We should be told about it on the first day so we can try it. I don’t know if it is only available on the last day or every day. Good, closr to Saturday night markey but not too noisy. Breakfast is good enough for me but suggest not to put the fruit, ilk and cup together in the fridge. We were informed by the staff that special breakfast could be offered at the last day , however, our flight was departure at 730am, we have to go to the airport earlier and the breakfast hadn't been served at that moment. It shall be informed us when we come at the first day so we can try it first. No idea if it was only provided once or every day.

The property has no elevator in nature. Generally speaking, it is simple, clean and quiet. It is very suitable for friends or couples to travel freely. Not suitable for families with higher requirements. Location: Chiang Mai Gate (more than ten minutes by foot, convenient for daily skewers), near the Saturday night market area (there is a big contrast when there is no night market on weekdays, the streets are almost closed and closed), it is very quiet, I have stayed for a few days if I don’t meet the front desk by chance The guests almost thought that we were the only tenant. Near the Silver Temple, there are people performing singing at the intersection and the grocery area of the Saturday Night Market, and 711 is convenient for shopping. Hygiene: Clean up, go barefoot in the door on the first day (I almost fell in love with barefoot when I came to Chiang Mai), the soles of my feet are white after a long time, and we will clean the door every day for the next few days. Our luggage is a little bit Luan also helped us return to the wall and we tipped but didn't collect it. We made up two bottles of free water every day. There is a safe in the simple wooden closet. The only small regret is that the air conditioner is really not very powerful (there is still cooling but not cooler than 711), but the fan is really useful, and the lack of power of the air conditioner is almost a normal thing in daily life in Chiang Mai, so It's okay to get used to it. Just when I felt that there must be enough air-conditioning to cool down quickly, I found that the hot water for bathing is worth all the shortcomings. So I still recommend it, it's simple and clean, it's suitable for rest and relaxation. The owner is a foreigner with a cute little daughter, who often meets them sitting in the yard, watering the lawn or something. As for the mosquito, it was mentioned in various reviews of various hotels before I came to Thailand, but after I came, I didn't encounter a mosquito no matter where I lived. So the anti-mosquito water you bring is completely useless.

We stayed here for one night before our flight out in the morning. The hotel has unique Japanese style with onsen on site. We tried this and it was interesting. Kids were allowed as well. We booked a family room with a full bed and bunk beds on top for the kids. They loved it. The staffs at the hotel were helpful and even made a wonderful Japanese breakfast in the morning for us. Too bad our flight was so early that we had to dine and run. Would have enjoyed more time to savor the salmon plate. The evening prior we were able to walk down the road to the street food market. We had a rental car and there was a nice parking area for it. We would stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel for a few days. At the beginning is quite good, the hotel staffs are friendly. The breakfast is quite good. The room looks new, the bed is quite comfortable but the pillow is hard. The bathroom is good but sometimes have a problem with the hotel water system. The swimming pool is very cold all days, we only can use a few hours when the sun is very hot. We bought a tour to Chiang Rai from the hotel, the place is beautiful but the tour guide isn't professional and acknowledge, she didn't show us or explain anything about the temple. So we don't recommend to buy any tours from this hotel. The worst thing happened is my girlfriend got bitten by bedbugs, we reported to the manager but they didn't listen to us even my gf showed them the proofs about the bedbugs. Overall, we will recommend other hotels for the same price.

The family room we ordered, the two rooms are connected together, the room is not very big, but it's pretty good, it is not humid, the staircase room, the clothes are washed and hanged in the closet, it is basically able to do overnight, it looks like a 15-minute walk from Qingmai Gate , I don’t know if the hotels in Chiang Mai are all like this or just this. They are all built in relatively quiet and remote places. No boys feel that they are not very dare to go out at night. We stayed for two days and it was quite cheap.

Received by a charming Thai couple and in our small care, we had booked by the internet and we were located in a room near the street too circulating to our taste, but the boss changed our room closer to the The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The boss always wanted to talk to us, he used his phone to match with us in Thai and French and even played and singed on his American music guitar at our last night. We'll be able to do it again as soon as we get back down there.
