very good,just stayed,the newly opened hotel is very clean,the price is cheap

Stopped by to sleep for 1 night on the way back from Singapore. Checked in at night. After getting the card, went to open the room but couldn't open it, so asked the staff but the staff made a face. But the hotel room is clean, the price is not expensive. If I have a chance, I will definitely stay again.

Hotel is too dim. Not enough light everywhere. Location is still OK. Service mediocre. Room soundproofing not good.

You will love the pool, and the 24 hrs complimentary coffee and cookies by the pool. Btw, the pool is so beautiful around 7 am. Wake up early, jump from your bed.

The family suite is spacious and comfortable. Pillows firm enough. New hotel. Reasonably priced. The flooring is slippery though. Need to know the short cut to walk to Central Chiang Rai. Otherwise it is a 7 min walk to the mall.

I stayed here for the first time because of the high reviews from other guests. It was pretty much as the reviews said. I'll add the following. 1. The bed was neither too hard nor too soft, just right. 2. The hotel is well-cleaned, and the sheets and towels smell nice. 3. Seven-Eleven is 100 meters to the right after you leave the hotel. Others 1. Be careful, the breakfast is a little bland. 2. The noodle shop on the hotel grounds closes around 3pm. 3. It's about 1.2km from the clock tower, so there aren't many farangs.

Amenity kits (which cost money) should not be placed in the room because it may cause customers to misunderstand and think that it is a service of the hotel. (I saw Mama noodles still being sold at the counter. If it's not free, it should be sold or customers should be informed at the time of check-in. The value is not that much, but it's disappointing. Everything is almost good.)

Friendly staff. Nice and clean room. Quiet location, a bit outside the busy centre, but within walking distance. Restaurants and coffees nearby.

i love to stay this hotel. 2nd times on my trip. because of the room very comfortable and location near night market. Next trip will stay again this hotel. thank you

Honestly for the price, nothing to say. Super clean, rather quiet, air conditioning that works. Oh yes, only downside, it is a little far from the city center but since I rented a scooter it did not bother me at all, quite the contrary, I was calm.
