Great place, banana palm trees under the window and close to the center. There is tea, coffee and cocoa, a cooler with hot water. The staff is polite. Thank you

Excellent guesthouse. Rooms with everything you need (refrigerator, hairdryer, Wi-Fi). The rooms are not new, but everything is clean and tidy. You can drink coffee/tea in the reception area. Located 10 minutes walk from the city bus station. There are also Lotus and Seven stores there. And in the evenings there is a night market near the station.

It was close to the Chiang Rai bus stop, and there was a nice cafe restaurant right in front of it. Next time I would like to use it as a stopover for my trip to Laos.

It was dirty throughout, our toilet bin was not emptied during our whole stay. Beds not made. Staff demonstrated a complete disinterest in us.
