Nice place to travel with friends and family, very convenient 👌

I am still waiting for my refund for the booking from 17 to 19 May which I cancelled. Can the hotel look into this ASAP

The pool, and relaxing environment was great, buffet breakfast was a delight, always. Hot when it needed to be cold if required.

This hotel is about 1 km from the bus terminal where you can find eating outlets and night market. The hotel facilities are relatively older but the staff are friendly and helpfully. The staff will help you carry your luggages to your room if you need help since there is no lifts in the hotel in this three storey building. The swimming pool is outdoor and nice to have a dip here. The breakfast spread is quite good and you find yourself surrounded by many English speaking tourists. It is for this reason that almost all the hotel staff speak good English and there is no communication barrier. Will consider this hotel again if we visit chiangrai again in the future.

This was our second visit to this hotel and it did not disappoint. We flew from UK to Chiang Rai and stayed here for a couple of nights to get over our jet lag before heading into Laos. The pool is an oasis of calm and tranquility. The rooms are large and clean. The hotel is a short walk away from lots of restaurants but we really liked the small place next door where food was good and cheap. Hotel arranged a cheap tour for us to see blue and white temples.

I did have a few problems with this hotel, but in the end they did get sorted. The staff were all very nice , especially 'Lemon' and all of the restaurant staff. Infact all the staff try hard , but english is their second language, so things get a bit mixed up .. The hotel management tired to fix everything, but sometimes I think that they don't really understand. In saying that I did leave the hotel happy ☺️ and would return as sometimes a apology and a smile is all that is required. The pool was very nice until it rained and then there was a issue of the water going green. There wasn't a sign saying you couldn't use it because of the chemicals, which was important for the customers. Anyway they do try their best and that is what matters 🙏 Thank you Ms Glene, I will return one day

Really good location

Stayed here to prep for chiangrai marathon. Could ask for a better place!

Staff were really friendly and helpful. They helped us to book a car and go to several places whilst we were there. The hotel was very clean and tidy and the pool area was nice. There didn’t seem to be a bar. However, this was not peak season so I guess that service wasn’t on. Very reasonably priced - would return.

Great location with easy access to nearby restaurants , nice pool for relax stay , big room. Only this improvement is higher pressure shower and toilet should be made less slippery to avoid accidents

The wifi is weak so we had to rely on our own data plan hence Connecting to TV apps hangs. We’ve experienced a blackout on our first night so it was not very pleasant. I guess the staff thought the thai style apology suffice. Lastly, tour booking prices at front desk is highly inflated.
