Very nice people very welcome very clean room and supper service

Nice clean ,****** and spa ,basic hotel great value

I have 2 bookings and one of the booking was cancelled but don’t know why and reception couldn’t give me an answer. I was very frustrated, why my rooms were canceled when it’s all paid for. Overall for a Hilton chain brand, reception was very unprofessional.

Location is good and the hotel is looking new.

Everything was ok ✅ but you should know you will take around 5 to 15 min to reach the palladium mall

Very nice hotel. 25min walk to old town though. Nice beer gardens in the back of hotel. Check it out.

Nice hotel and good location with good services

The breakfast is enjoyable, but the room shows signs of age.

What an unpleasant experience! I stayed at the Hilton before but these two nights were extraordinary unpleasant and not at all according to Hilton 5* standard. it absolutely did not fit to the high price of the rooms. 1.) The Hilton has at the moment a beer garden. If your room is facing this beer garden, forget any chance to sleep. the beer garden is open weekdays till midnight and the party music will make it impossible to sleep! Well done, Hilton management. 2.) In our booked DELUXE room (at higher costs) not a single TV channel worked. And slippers to go to the pool area were also not there. They told us that we have to ask for slippers. Sadly, they forget to tell us this. All in all, a horrible two night experience: party music till midnight, not a single TV channel working and walking barefoot through the hotel on the way to the spa. Sorry, never again! choose another place with better service (and it will be cheaper in top)!

Fantastic hotel, very friendly staff. The fitness facilities are free to hotel guests which was very nice. The pool area was spotless. Will recommend to others visiting Prague
