"As a retired veteran from the financial sector, I have a soft spot for hotels converted from banks. The entrance is unassuming, but once inside, the lobby is grand and impressive, immediately signaling a quality hotel. The wall decorations feature currencies from various countries, which is very fitting and complements the hotel's theme perfectly. Breakfast was good, and the room had high ceilings, easily over three meters, and was very well-decorated, clean, and tidy. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The location is convenient, within walking distance to the main train station. It's also very close to the Powder Tower, and the main square is also within walking distance. Thumbs up! The breakfast was excellent, the best we had on our entire Central European trip."

"A very pleasant stay, overall. It felt like a long trek from the train station, but that was mostly Prague's rough sidewalks and the construction-induced blocks; it was actually around 10 minutes. It is a little south of the tourist areas, but near the Dvorak Museum and Winceslas Square. The room was comfortable, homey and sufficiently quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb, especially for the price."

"Traffic is rather convenient especially you are traveling with RegioJet bus, the bus stop is walkable to the hotel, also metro is close. Check-in way is a bit confusing, when I arrived there is nobody at the reception and said only certain time will have man in there, so I waited and waited because my SIM card cannot call local telephone. Luckily I saw there is a message saying can be reached out through WhatsApp, that really saved my life. should better inform guests in advance. The most expensive hotel in my trip(from Budapest to Vienna to cesky krumlov), all are private bedrooms, but the price is doubled and without breakfast."

"There was wide selection of foods for breakfast, e.g. 4 types of spreads, mushrooms cream soup etc. I didn't miss anything. Room was clean, warm and hot water flowed immediately. As a person that spend almost 100 nights in Prague hotels, mentioning of the fine for late checkout and for smoking, made me feel a little bad."

"The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from Prague Main Station. It boasts a very modern and artistic design, though the main entrance was a bit discreet. Upon entering, a talking projection startled me quite a bit. The room design felt more akin to a youth hostel; each locker had a lock, and the room itself was very clean. However, the front desk staff were rather unenthusiastic. There was no TV in the room, and when I inquired at the front desk about borrowing a tablet, I was informed they were all out. On a positive note, I'd like to commend Trip.com. The hotel front desk had overcharged me, but Trip.com's customer service quickly stepped in and resolved the issue, also facilitating the refund for the overcharged amount via their platform."

"The hotel was cute and cozy. The best part about the hotel was the staff at the front desk, they were very helpful and very understanding ( the one who checked me in was very kind, since I was tired he gave me an early checkin, the lady in the night was also very helpful - I told her that I’m leaving early and requested for early breakfast by 10 - 15 minutes, she made sure of that). Will be back soon."

"Hotel is apartment type of property, 4 stops bytram from Andel metro station. Worst of this property is that rooms are without aircondition and bad sound isolation. Benefits are small kitchen corner. Materass wass soft and for longer stay not good for your back. TV is with huge program and connecting to youtube or others app but tv is fixed to the wall without posiibilities to turn. Check out is at 11. Ussually used for sport teams or workers so sonetimes are aprties at rooms"

"I stayed at Aparthotel Rimska 14 on my own and honestly had a really good experience. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed — little kitchen, comfy bed, and good Wi-Fi. It felt like a mini apartment, which I loved.Check-in was super simple and mostly self-service.Overall, really solid place if you’re travelling solo — clean, convenient, and good value. I’d definitely stay again."

GGuest UserMy friend and I were truly amazed when we saw our apartment – it exceeded our expectations! The location of the apartment was near the historical center. However, we did experience a minor inconvenience on August 15, 2025. At first, we received an email stating that check-in was at 3:00 PM, but after refreshing the app, the time suddenly changed to 4:00 PM. I immediately contacted the reception via email to let them know that I was already in front of the apartment and had planned everything according to the original check-in time. The receptionist was very professional and reassured me that I could still check in at 3:00 PM. She provided me with a working access code, and we were able to enter the apartment without any further issues. I really appreciated her quick and calm response, especially considering that she manages 20 other buildings. Her promptness made a great impression! The apartment had new and modern furnishings. The bathroom was well equipped with its own hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, hand cream, and towels. The kitchen featured a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary ristretto and lungo capsules, as well as a selection of teas. There was also a kettle, stovetop, microwave, and all the necessary kitchenware like plates, glasses, and pots. The entire room was equipped with a smart system — for example, if the window was open, the air conditioning would automatically turn off. The AC itself was cleverly designed, as it was positioned low but still cooled the room effectively. The TV was a smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, a web browser, YouTube, and regular TV channels. The room was equipped with an iron and ironing board inside the wardrobe. We will definitely return in the near future to the botanist.

RRocky2007We had an absolutely incredible experience during our stay. The surroundings were stunning, with breathtaking scenery that left us in awe. Every aspect of the resort was meticulously organized, creating a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. We especially enjoyed the expansive pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Thank you for welcoming us so warmly; it truly made our visit unforgettable!

KK-KHWe booked three rooms for a group of six and stayed for three nights. Upon check-in, we immediately found that the rooms were significantly smaller than what we had booked. After having contacted front desk and Trip.com, rooms cannot be changed and we were only offered very minimal compensation without clear explanation for the discrepancy in room size. We felt very frustrated not to mention the time wasted seeking for remedies. The hotel’s central location is perfect for exploring main attractions but several aspects of our stay did not meet expectations. 1. Room Size & Cleanliness: The room was small and the overall cleanliness was below average. For instance, the hairdryer full of fingerprints and grease (no hygiene bag) is put right next to clean bath towels. 2. Privacy Concern: An uninvited housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking to promote a €25 hotel branded teddy bear, which is totally unacceptable and lack of respect for privacy. 3. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast had a wide selection but it was served in the bar area (where is the main entrance of the hotel to reach hotel front desk) and mezzanine floor with fairly limited seats. Food was laid over bartender’s countertop that created a chaotic and stressful environment especially during the breakfast peak hours. 4. Security Concern: As the hotel was modernised from a historic building, there are structural limitations e.g. the staff / housekeeping lift and dedicated lift to the rooftop bar share the same lift lobby for hotel rooms. The bar lift somehow also provides access to hotel room floors. This poses security concerns since non-hotel/bar guests could potentially access hotel rooms without any security checks. This hotel would suit travelers who prioritize location than any things else. Based on our experiences, it should not be classified as a five star as it claims for.

LLxue inWe as a family with 2 kids stayed in the hotel for Easter holiday, you cannot expect any better regarding the location, the old town square is literally at your doorstep, you also have more than plenty of cafes and restaurants, we didn't cook at all for the 4 nights stay. It is easy access to any attraction, by walk, maybe a bit of walk to Prague castle, but in the good weather, we don't mind it. You will need to pay extra for daily clean, or if you stay more than 5 days, you can get free cleaning. It has 2 small lifts, which is necessary and convenient. ***Pack your own hair conditioner, as it is not provided.

GGuest UserOn our wonderful 8-days-trip to Czech Republic we (couple, 50 years old, two children at age of 14/16) spent the last four days in Prague. When checking in at the hotel around 9 p.m. we noticed that we have got the wrong room (1 king-size bed and 1 sofa bed instead of (explicitly booked and already paid) room with 1 king-size bed and a separate room with 2 single beds), so we informed the reception desk. The stuff was very friendly and although not being able to offer us the correct room for the first night already, we were able to switch room early next morning and got free breakfast as compensation. The breakfast was very good and rich (bread, bread rolls, toast, scrambled and boiled eggs, classical cold cuts, grilled vegetables and sausages, fruit, yogurt, cake, coffee, hot chocolate, juices, cereals, etc.). Therefore we decided to choose the breakfast option also on our final day before check-out. BTW, the area, where breakfast was served (until 11 a.m.), belongs to ”Fat Cat Burgers & Craft Beer”, which made a nice impression and was well-visited past noon. The rooms and bath were clean and although the rooms and the inventory might need a little refreshment on the one hand, the old windows and carpet fit to the historic center, where the hotel is located on the other hand. The location itself was ideal for starting tours to the old town by foot and enjoying night life. Next tram stop was appr. a 7-minutes-walk away, next metro stop appr. 10 minutes away. The room with the king size bed contained a LED-TV and was orientated to pedestrian street, but although night life just happens a few feet away, the old windows (two windows in a row) filter much of the noise. The other room with the two single beds was very calm and located between the formerly mentioned room and the hallway. Its windows were orientated to hallway and could not be regularly opened, which made airing this room out a little bit difficult. Each apartment contains its own WLAN-router, which had to plug in on our own as noticed on arrival, but then we had perfect signal and fast internet access. A tip for those arriving by car: You cannot reach the hotel by car, because it is located in a pedestrian zone consisting of many pubs and bistros with outdoor seating. Finding a parking slot nearby is not easy, due to most part of the surrounding streets are reserved for residential parking only and you either have to pay the parking slot by app (virtual parking ticket machine only) or choose a slot in more distant streets where you can also buy a ticket at a physical parking ticket machine. Therefore I dropped my wife and children as near as possible to the hotel (2-minutes-walk) and parked our car in one of the suburban P+R-areas - I chose ”P+R Skalka II” with contains a camera system and costs 50 CZK for the first 24hours and then 10 CZK per hour, which is (in June 2025), which is very cheap compared to parking your car in one of the central car parks). Conclusion: A very nice place with friendly stuff and a good breakfast. If you do not mind walking a little bit with your luggage and if you like enjoying city/night life in Prague, this hotel is a very good option. I would always recommend this hotel for those who are a good walkers.

RrymahabibThe hotel is not bad, old but has its own charm, we actually liked the decor, the location is very good, the breakfast though is very average, nothing special. We had the worst chek-in experience in our life with Mr Nader, who was very rude, we have booked a superior double room and paid the full amount in advance, when we arrived he simply said he had no room available, and that he will move us to another hotel of theirs, and it was far from the location we chose to stay in for it's proximity to everything we wanted to visit, and that of course without even asking for our opinion. We said no and that it is unacceptable to move us to a hotel on the other side of prague, not in the same category, he even lied and said that it was also a five stars hotel but it was a 4 stars hotel. He was very unfriendly, extremely rude to us, he even insinuated that it was our fault because we had booked the room on the same day and he repeated it many times with a bad attitude. We did, but it was at least 8 hours earlier than our arrival, we even checked several times that the room was still available hours after our payment. He finally silently gave us a deluxe room with twin beds, without explaining anything, when we saw the room we told him that we are a couple on a romantic trip we want to stay in the same bed, he yelled at us saying that we insisted to stay in the hotel and not move to another one, and that the room he gave us is way better than the room we booked, which was a superior double room, we didn't really care about the room type more than we care that we got a double bed, but we finally accepted because we got no choice but to move to another hotel that night. They made the beds closer, but they kept moving away the whole night which was very weird and uncomfortable. He could've at least offered us free breakfast, but he instead made us pay for it, and told us if we want something we could go speak to the manager. It's never about money for us but the way he dealt with unsatisfied clients is the worst, and we work both in the tourism, in fact we are both managers! His colleagues the day after were more friendly and they moved us to a room with double bed with a great view, which we liked much more. A thing that we noticed is that the staff of this hotel are very unfriendly with no reason, they make you feel that you're bothering them just by walking by (the young blond girl in the reception, the breakfast staff, except for the young guy in the reception and the concierge, who was very nice welcoming and friendly and kept smiling the whole time. We would only recommend the hotel for its location and the artistic decor, but never for the service.

GGuest UserOur stay here was mixed at best. We loved the location and felt the beds were comfy but the other guests at the hostel were a bit inconsiderate when we stayed and there is an opportunity to improve service and amenities. We checked in late at the bar but the bartender was more keen on selling beer and we stood in line at the bar counter for about 10 minutes before he acknowledged us and while locals cut in the line in front of us. It took another 10 minutes for him to hand us the paperwork to check in. I was kind of disappointed because I filled in a pre check in before coming to Prague and the check in paperwork was asking for the details I had filled out online from their online check in sent over email. The bar is not a reception and it clearly says that in the communication sent but it would be nice to have the towels in our room so we could at least shower after a late check in. We booked a private room with two twin beds and it was nice enough. It was one of the cheapest options in the city we could do when staying in Prague for New Year's Eve. The room had a couple of chairs and a couple of tables/desks. The wifi was decent and there were a number of plugins throughout the room which was nice. The beds and pillows were comfy and heat is provided through a radiator. There was one quilt for each bed which was enough for me but my wife was very cold and it is chilly in December. There are extra blankets at reception but that was closed so my wife wore her warm clothes to bed and used my sweater as a blanket. I would suggest in the winter months or for guests with late check in that they provide blankets and towels in the room for guests. The toilets and bathrooms are shared. There were two toilets in our area labelled as room 1 and room 2 and it is unclear if the hostel had the intention that room 1 toilet be used by room 1 guests but both were left open and were mostly available during our stay. There was one shower on our floor and and it had a large towel warmer and some body wash/shampoo dispenser. We would recommend bringing your own bath products and some flip flops while staying here. The boys renting the other room came in around 2:30 am and were not respectful of the quiet hours set between 23:00-6:00. The walls and doors here are pretty thin within the flat and the noise comes through easily. They used both toilets, peed on the seats and left them unflushed on more than one occasion during our stay. I had to go out to use the toilet our first night and that's when they said ”I don't think we are alone” and went into their room to keep talking. They came back drunk and loud each night during our stay but not as loud as the first night at least. They also may not have realized (or didn't care) that the shower room was shared and left their towels, toiletries and even their underwear on the towel rack during our stay. This group really took away our enjoyment of this property during our stay but otherwise it is a decent hostel in a good location. At least this group kept the kitchen clean and washed their own dishes. There was a common area in our flat which had a kitchen and an exercise machine. The kitchen had a table with seating for four and enough cutlery and dishes to go around. It had a cooking stove/hob, fridge and kettle. They provide dish soap and cleaning cloths/sponges too. Reception is open between 8 am and 10 am so we got the extra blankets my wife needed and towels for showering. The staff at reception were helpful and efficient during our stay. The daily cleaning was nice and the cleaning lady was very thorough with the flooring in the common area which was appreciated. You can also borrow hair dryers from here if needed to. They do collect a deposit for items borrowed like the keys but they didn't collect a deposit for the towels or blankets despite signage saying that they do. The location of the hostel was fantastic. It was a short walk to major attractions in Prague like Charles Bridge an

AakiramujinaThe hotel is in an awkward location, about a 15-minute walk from Prague Main Station and about 5 minutes from the nearest tram station, but it offers a reasonable price and a relaxing stay. The rooms are clean, with high ceilings and all the necessary facilities, making for a comfortable stay. The only drawbacks are the limited number of electrical outlets and the fact that the tram runs right in front of the hotel, which can be a bit noisy. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, from vegetables to cheese, sausages and cakes, and was more than satisfactory. It's only a 10-15 minute tram ride to Prague's main tourist sites, so this hotel would be a great choice for experienced travelers.
