Great
EEmilylovesfoodThis hotel is about a ten-minute drive from the city center, and it's quite spacious. The rooms are also generously sized by European standards. There's a large shopping mall with a supermarket and food options just a three-minute walk away, and ordering takeout is convenient. It offers great value for money. Plus, there's an ice machine on every floor, which is handy for cold drinks.
The only downside was hearing noises from the next room for two days during my stay. Although they were short-lived, it was quite awkward for guests in adjacent rooms. However, the hotel's soundproofing is excellent, so this isn't really the hotel's fault.
Mmikki0911The room was so cute, I was impressed the moment I opened the door.
Amenities, towels, and a hair dryer were provided.
There was also a mini-fridge and closet.
The building is U-shaped, with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The hotel has a nice atmosphere.
The reception staff were very kind and spoke basic English. Perhaps due to the Czech character, they were straightforward and easy to talk to, making for a comfortable stay. They also provided clear replies when I emailed them about a problem. Thank you.
However, as other reviews have mentioned, the room is a bit dusty. It's carpeted, and I can tell the staff clean it regularly, so perhaps that's unavoidable.
The toilets and bathrooms were clean.
There is also a taxi service available at the front desk.
There is also a tram stop just off the alley, which is convenient.
I love salsa dancing, so I often used Andel Station, the tram stop next to the shop. This station is connected to the metro, and there are malls and fast food restaurants like KFC, so I was able to walk to the hotel even in the middle of the night. I don't remember, but it was probably about 20 minutes. The alley in front of the hotel was dark, but it seemed like a safe area.
SShouerfuyoudeThe location of this hotel is really great, only 400 meters away from Charles Bridge, on a small road next to a busy street, relatively quiet. There are several bus stops within 20 minutes of leaving the house, and there are many restaurants around. The cleaning is timely and clean, and the breakfast is also good. Very cost-effective
KK-KHWe booked three rooms for a group of six and stayed for three nights. Upon check-in, we immediately found that the rooms were significantly smaller than what we had booked. After having contacted front desk and Trip.com, rooms cannot be changed and we were only offered very minimal compensation without clear explanation for the discrepancy in room size. We felt very frustrated not to mention the time wasted seeking for remedies.
The hotel’s central location is perfect for exploring main attractions but several aspects of our stay did not meet expectations. 1. Room Size & Cleanliness: The room was small and the overall cleanliness was below average. For instance, the hairdryer full of fingerprints and grease (no hygiene bag) is put right next to clean bath towels. 2. Privacy Concern: An uninvited housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking to promote a €25 hotel branded teddy bear, which is totally unacceptable and lack of respect for privacy. 3. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast had a wide selection but it was served in the bar area (where is the main entrance of the hotel to reach hotel front desk) and mezzanine floor with fairly limited seats. Food was laid over bartender’s countertop that created a chaotic and stressful environment especially during the breakfast peak hours. 4. Security Concern: As the hotel was modernised from a historic building, there are structural limitations e.g. the staff / housekeeping lift and dedicated lift to the rooftop bar share the same lift lobby for hotel rooms. The bar lift somehow also provides access to hotel room floors. This poses security concerns since non-hotel/bar guests could potentially access hotel rooms without any security checks.
This hotel would suit travelers who prioritize location than any things else. Based on our experiences, it should not be classified as a five star as it claims for.
LLxue inWe as a family with 2 kids stayed in the hotel for Easter holiday, you cannot expect any better regarding the location, the old town square is literally at your doorstep, you also have more than plenty of cafes and restaurants, we didn't cook at all for the 4 nights stay. It is easy access to any attraction, by walk, maybe a bit of walk to Prague castle, but in the good weather, we don't mind it. You will need to pay extra for daily clean, or if you stay more than 5 days, you can get free cleaning. It has 2 small lifts, which is necessary and convenient.
***Pack your own hair conditioner, as it is not provided.
조조승용The breakfast was excellent, especially the fruit and coffee. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Its location is very convenient, with a McDonald's, tram stop, subway station, convenience store, and supermarket all within easy reach. The Astronomical Clock Tower is approximately a 25-minute walk from the hotel.
The only minor downside was that the shower stall lacked a door, which meant the bathroom floor would get quite wet after showering.
I would gladly stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Prague.

Very Good
GGuest UserWhen I made the booking, I had entered 3 adults and 1 child, but at check-in, they only had 3 adults in the system. That was a bit disappointing. When I showed my Trip.com booking confirmation, the hotel staff said it might have been a technical issue.
Luckily, I was able to check in my son without any extra charge, but the room was only prepared for 3 adults. So my kids ended up sharing the couch. I went to the reception and kindly asked for an extra pillow and blanket, which they provided.
That’s why I can’t give 5 stars.
Parking was €35 for 24 hours, and breakfast was €20 – which I found quite expensive.
But overall, the stay was okay – the hotel was very clean and in a central location.
PpkucoolThe hotel is small but very quiet, clean and the breakfast is rich, including various fruits, yogurt, bread, smoked meat, etc. The guy at the front desk is very handsome. It is about 5 minutes away from the tram, which is convenient for travel.
AakiramujinaThe hotel is in an awkward location, about a 15-minute walk from Prague Main Station and about 5 minutes from the nearest tram station, but it offers a reasonable price and a relaxing stay.
The rooms are clean, with high ceilings and all the necessary facilities, making for a comfortable stay. The only drawbacks are the limited number of electrical outlets and the fact that the tram runs right in front of the hotel, which can be a bit noisy.
The breakfast had a wide variety of options, from vegetables to cheese, sausages and cakes, and was more than satisfactory.
It's only a 10-15 minute tram ride to Prague's main tourist sites, so this hotel would be a great choice for experienced travelers.
Ddaniel-maThe room is slightly smaller, but the breakfast is very rich and there are quiche for the Chinese. Sports facilities, bar is very full, driving to the city of Prague as long as a quarter of an hour. Very good vacation choice
