Amazing
JJohnathan LumNobilis Residence offers a convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of Prague, with clean, modern apartments that feel more like a home than a hotel. The rooms are well equipped, with functional kitchens and comfortable beds, making it ideal for longer stays or for those who prefer self-catering. The location is excellent — close enough to walk to Wenceslas Square and many major attractions, yet tucked away enough to be relatively quiet. Service is generally responsive and friendly, and check-in is simple and straightforward. The property feels secure, and the addition of amenities such as Wi-Fi and seating areas adds to the comfort. That said, there are some limitations. Being a residence, it lacks the full facilities of a hotel (no daily housekeeping, concierge, or on-site restaurant), so guests should be prepared for a more independent experience. Some rooms may feel compact, and the building is older, so noise or small maintenance quirks can occasionally occur. Overall, Nobilis Residence strikes a good balance between location, value, and comfort. It’s a strong choice for independent travellers who appreciate space and flexibility, though those seeking luxury hotel-style services might prefer other options.

PPengskyThe hotel room was very spacious. However, they assigned us a disabled-access room even though we hadn't requested a special room type. This meant the bathroom facilities were all quite low, which was a bit inconvenient. The service attitude was decent, but considering the price, it offered reasonable value for money. The breakfast was okay; nothing particularly special but clean. The overall environment and infrastructure were good, but the cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

DDaozhiFacilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Environment: The room is very spacious and ideally located near the Astronomical Clock, just a 5-minute walk away. For Old Town, it's an excellent spot with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Service: You can only check-in at the designated time. It's a fully self-service check-in process. Scanning the passport was very slow and kept hanging the camera. I couldn't even register in other countries; it only worked once I landed in Prague (I suspect there was an internet issue).

SSarah from UKFrom initial booking the hotel staff were efficient. I dealt with the hotel direct to organise airport transfers. I was booking for a party of 6 and we were not all travelling together. Each of the three transfers from the airport were on time and the driver easily located. The return journeys were equally good. The location is extremely well positioned, being only a 2 minute walk from Charles Bridge. The hotel interior was very spacious and extremely well kept and clean. The rooms looked to have been pretty recently updated with lovely en-suite bathrooms. I had travelled lightly with hand luggage only, so the toiletries were very welcome as was the coffee/tea & kettle. There was a digital safe and a fridge which could be stocked at an extra cost. The rooms were as warm or cool as you wished being controlled by thermostat and there was a constant supply of hot water. The breakfast was absolutely great. If you are looking for a full English then look elsewhere but bacon, egg and beans was always available. There was different types of bread, cereals, jams, fruit, yoghurts, cheeses, a vast selection of cakes and cooked vegetables together with quiche and sliced meats Also dairy milk as well as non-dairy I could have sat and eaten all day long. My only gripe was that the bar was not constantly manned by bar staff. This task was carried out by the receptionist on duty and there was not an actual area for the bar, merely a few bar stools positioned at the bar itself, which was located between two eating areas. so not a cosy spot to socialise in the evening. Would I return to this hotel again - MOST CERTAINLY!!

KK-KHWe booked three rooms for a group of six and stayed for three nights. Upon check-in, we immediately found that the rooms were significantly smaller than what we had booked. After having contacted front desk and Trip.com, rooms cannot be changed and we were only offered very minimal compensation without clear explanation for the discrepancy in room size. We felt very frustrated not to mention the time wasted seeking for remedies. The hotel’s central location is perfect for exploring main attractions but several aspects of our stay did not meet expectations. 1. Room Size & Cleanliness: The room was small and the overall cleanliness was below average. For instance, the hairdryer full of fingerprints and grease (no hygiene bag) is put right next to clean bath towels. 2. Privacy Concern: An uninvited housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking to promote a €25 hotel branded teddy bear, which is totally unacceptable and lack of respect for privacy. 3. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast had a wide selection but it was served in the bar area (where is the main entrance of the hotel to reach hotel front desk) and mezzanine floor with fairly limited seats. Food was laid over bartender’s countertop that created a chaotic and stressful environment especially during the breakfast peak hours. 4. Security Concern: As the hotel was modernised from a historic building, there are structural limitations e.g. the staff / housekeeping lift and dedicated lift to the rooftop bar share the same lift lobby for hotel rooms. The bar lift somehow also provides access to hotel room floors. This poses security concerns since non-hotel/bar guests could potentially access hotel rooms without any security checks. This hotel would suit travelers who prioritize location than any things else. Based on our experiences, it should not be classified as a five star as it claims for.

AAndy-RichardsonClean in a great location. The process to register seemed a little complex but it all worked out. Room was on the top floor under the eaves, so separate toilet and bathroom over 2 levels which was a little awkward, but manageable as it was all about the location.

SSid RawatStayed at K+K Hotel Fenix in Prague for 2 nights. From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless, spacious room with comfy beds, everything exceeded expectations. Loved the central location near the city centre, main railway station and walkable distance to old town. —perfect for exploring on foot. Staff were incredibly helpful and handling requests quickly specially Piyush at reservations. Highly recommended to all.

RrymahabibThe hotel is not bad, old but has its own charm, we actually liked the decor, the location is very good, the breakfast though is very average, nothing special. We had the worst chek-in experience in our life with Mr Nader, who was very rude, we have booked a superior double room and paid the full amount in advance, when we arrived he simply said he had no room available, and that he will move us to another hotel of theirs, and it was far from the location we chose to stay in for it's proximity to everything we wanted to visit, and that of course without even asking for our opinion. We said no and that it is unacceptable to move us to a hotel on the other side of prague, not in the same category, he even lied and said that it was also a five stars hotel but it was a 4 stars hotel. He was very unfriendly, extremely rude to us, he even insinuated that it was our fault because we had booked the room on the same day and he repeated it many times with a bad attitude. We did, but it was at least 8 hours earlier than our arrival, we even checked several times that the room was still available hours after our payment. He finally silently gave us a deluxe room with twin beds, without explaining anything, when we saw the room we told him that we are a couple on a romantic trip we want to stay in the same bed, he yelled at us saying that we insisted to stay in the hotel and not move to another one, and that the room he gave us is way better than the room we booked, which was a superior double room, we didn't really care about the room type more than we care that we got a double bed, but we finally accepted because we got no choice but to move to another hotel that night. They made the beds closer, but they kept moving away the whole night which was very weird and uncomfortable. He could've at least offered us free breakfast, but he instead made us pay for it, and told us if we want something we could go speak to the manager. It's never about money for us but the way he dealt with unsatisfied clients is the worst, and we work both in the tourism, in fact we are both managers! His colleagues the day after were more friendly and they moved us to a room with double bed with a great view, which we liked much more. A thing that we noticed is that the staff of this hotel are very unfriendly with no reason, they make you feel that you're bothering them just by walking by (the young blond girl in the reception, the breakfast staff, except for the young guy in the reception and the concierge, who was very nice welcoming and friendly and kept smiling the whole time. We would only recommend the hotel for its location and the artistic decor, but never for the service.

PPHYO PHYO WAI YANG YINGThe location of this hotel is very beautiful right in front of the river, 10 mins walk to Charles Bridge and old town city. We booked 4D3N Deluxe Castle & River View room, the view is really beautiful from our room's window. We enjoyed reading by the window every night.Overall, staying experience: 7/10 Location: 8/10 Bedroom. Comfort: 8/10 Amenties: 4/10 Service & arriving experience:7/10 We booked Deluxe Castle View room 4D3N with the president. The location of the hotel is infront of the river ( just beside fairmonr Hotel) 10mins walk to famous Charles Bridge , 5mins walk to fashion street, & 10mins walk to Old Town Square. Our room is 421 with beautiful Castle view from the window. The bedroom is considered comfortably spacious , bright and nice but with outdated appliances like: ” wall fixed hairdryer ” ” fix clothing hanger” ”shower with bathtub” & ”air conditioner system” The bed pillow mattresses are very comfortable for us. The lighting inside the room is very good for reading as well. The bathroom is spacious with 2 sink good for my husband & I. However, they don't have a standing shower, so you need to shower inside the bathtub. The ”fixed wall hair dryer” irrated me as I needed to blow my hair inside the bathroom. Mini bar - comes with coffee machine and 4 bottles of water daily that's good enough for Europe hotels. Facilities of the hotel: Spa , pools, and rooftop bar. Unfortunately, we don't have time to check it out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay , for £220+ per night is fair good enough Amenities: 3/10 Overall Comfort level: 7/10

EElias KletterThe hotel is located in a quiet area of central Prague, yet it’s just a 10–15 minute walk to Franz Kafka’s Head and the Old Town Square. There’s a metro station and several tram stops nearby, making it easy to get around the city. Breakfast is served hot and includes options like omelets, sausages, potatoes, vegetables, a selection of pastries, cereals, and a coffee machine that makes proper cappuccinos. The room looked just like in the photos. However, the TV couldn’t be turned off using the remote, and the heated towel rack in the bathroom wasn’t working.
