Great
GGuest UserThe service was good, the staff at the front even helped me find my metro ticket. But it’s not really like a hostel where you have different activities so don’t expect that. There’s also no kitchen or kettles. The room I had was really big and a lot of space for 4 people, shower and bathroom were separate and both had a sink. Although I will say there’s some weird noises coming from the ceiling at night. Other than that, everything was great. It’s quite expensive so the price reflects quality I guess. Recommend if you have a quite place to stay and has some budget.

ZZhuyuxixiThe hotel has a good location and a good surrounding environment. It is very quiet and close to the tram station. It is only more than ten minutes' walk from a bus station in Prague. The room is large and the facilities are also very good. There is a kettle. The service attitude of the brother and sister at the front desk is very good. They always help me solve my problems in a timely and excellent manner. The hotel's buffet breakfast is rich, with many varieties and good taste. If I go to Prague in the future, I will choose Pet Hotel again. It is really worth recommending!
陳陳盈璘This time I stayed in a private pod, and it was very clean! Although the space isn't huge, I think it's just right for one person. I'd recommend it to backpackers, but if you have extra large luggage, the space might not be enough.
Front Desk Service: Excellent and very responsive! The lobby hosts daily events for guests to interact. For example, I happened to be there during ”free pancake night.” They also offer light meals and drinks.
Common Areas:
- There's a kitchen with a fridge for cooking.
- The bathrooms and toilets are very new. However, bath towels and toiletries are not provided, so you need to bring your own.

HHuifaguangdemao_ajlI booked a hotel in the old town while traveling alone for daily convenience. The hotel rooms are divided into two areas, A and B. Only the rooms in Area A have an elevator, and it's newer. Area B doesn't have an elevator, and the stairs are old and unsuitable for traveling with luggage. I saw an elevator when I booked, but I had no idea there were different areas, and I had no idea this was the arrangement for the price I booked. I feel like I was deceived by the booking information. The bathroom in this room is large. Downstairs, there's a lobby and bar, with the bar being larger and the lobby occupying a smaller corner.
GGuest UserThe room was really nice, with decent layout and a studio concept, with a stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, room amenities were great. There were 2 main problems though 1. The code seemed to take a while to activate, so it did not necessarily work at 3pm on the dot, 2. The room was either really dry or slightly dusty as my partner and I started to get stuffy noses and general breathing issues after just a nap in the room, which was slightly disappointing as we really loved the room:(

HHUINot far from Prague Square, there is a market downstairs, there are many stalls, you can buy some small gifts such as fruits, crafts, etc. Some shops can use euros Krona, it does not matter if you do n’t change, you can use a credit card to order tickets and shop very convenient. The hotel is renovated in an apartment building. There is no very conspicuous lobby. You have to ring the bell before you open the door. The elevator is very small after you go in. There are no obvious signs where to check in. The front desk is very welcoming. The translation software communicates with us, but asks if there are any delicious shops near her and will check and draw maps for us. The rooms are large and the facilities are a bit old. The bathroom was overwhelmed by me and I installed it again. ...
GGuest UserThe hotel room
Pro:
- Location is good, u can go visit the main spot by walk ( not that close, walk by 20 mins to access to main spot) (but may come back by tram)
- can check in early
- Room is enough space
Cons
- The hotel lobby feel so dirty, the sofa like didn’t wash in decades
- the duvet is really just a blanket, very very short and thin, feel so cold during sleep (u need extra paid for air-con by the way)
- the bed sheet is like used for decades again, it’s very rough and uncomfortable
- no 24 hours reception service, Caz there is no people in 430 am.
Overall is ok

GGuest UserThe breakfast was good and the variety was able to satisfy different tastes. The location of the hotel is also close to a few hundred meters from the subway station. Only the hotel room facilities are relatively poor. The bed was small and there was a damp smell in the room. The 1st floor wifi signal is too bad, and it is not the same. The cell phone signal is also not good. The room was very poorly sounded, and at night I could hear the sound of snoring in the next room.
ははま〜(Hamaa)The location was very convenient, close to the metro and tram stations. There were people walking around the area until late at night, and there were fast food restaurants and supermarkets open until late, which was convenient. The room was clean and nice. I liked the quaint atmosphere of the Prague building. It would have been even better if the room had a refrigerator. The heating was an oil heater and the air conditioning was a fan. Prague is cold, so the room was a little cold. The breakfast was varied and delicious.
