The condition of the hotel is a bit poor. Cleaning can be better. The worst thing is that it was an attic room and there were no curtains or blinds on the roof window. Impossible to sleep without a mask.

It was disastrous from the moment we arrived at this hotel. We arrived and they told us that we had not paid, demanding proof from the bank that we delivered but they still made us leave a deposit that they returned to us two days later when they verified that it had really been paid. The last night in this hotel we were on the street until two in the morning because our card had been demagnetized and without it you cannot access the same hotel from 8pm but to make the situation even worse at night there is no one to turn to neither at reception nor anywhere in the hotel. We called the police who were able to help us and thanks to a neighbor "an angel" he helped us by calling several telephone numbers that he himself had because he told us that he and his building had had many problems with this hotel and that was why he had those contacts. So at 2am the girl at the reception came, angry, to open the door for us and arguing with this poor boy who all he did was help us. If that were not the case we would have stayed on the street until the next morning. When we booked we even booked breakfast they told us that they no longer served breakfast so we had to pay for our breakfast outside the hotel and now complain to Edreams who was the one with whom we contracted this hotel. The neighbor told us that this hotel had changed owners several times and that he didn't even know how it was still open. Shameful and inhuman what happened to us with this hotel. My husband and I went alone if we went with my son at 2 degrees on the street 4 hours waiting for them to open up for us or for older people! There is no justification for leaving the hotel without anyone to provide any overnight support to its guests. EDreams has just answered me that they have complained to the hotel and their response has been that we have been informed at all times that we could have breakfast at another hotel in their chain and that they have also contacted said hotel to open the door for us. IT'S ALL A LIE! lawyer will contact them because it is out of dignity. Travelers, do not go to this hotel or they will make your vacation a nigh**are!

We arrived in Prague on October 6th and are staying at the Tosca hotel with departure on October 9th. Having had some doubts about cleanliness, I made a small mark on a towel that I had dropped on the floor in the bathroom and it was left there. Obviously for hygiene reasons among other things in a period of covid we would never have wanted to use this towel again. Upon returning in the afternoon when the room according to them had been cleaned we found towels folded in their place. And then I realized that the dirty towel picked up from the floor had been folded and placed there as if it were clean. Once I mentioned this to Mrs. Marta at the reception she told me that it was normal that the towel had been folded and put back as clean since it wasn't completely black it could be reused according to them this is the cleanliness of the hotel . What happened is very serious and not only for them it was right, they didn't even apologize, it was truly disgusting. Updates will follow.
