Villa Wagner
"Bigger room than I expected, the hallway always smells amazing, which gives a really nice first impression. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. The location is very convenient - close to the metro with plenty of restaurants nearby. Personally, I actually prefer this area over the Old Town. It feels more livable and less crowded. The only downside is that the hotel is located right next to the main road, so there can be some traffic noise. However, it didn’t really bother me - once I fell asleep, I slept through the night without any issues. Overall, communication with the hotel was easy and smooth. I had a great stay and would definitely come back!"
Hermitage Hotel Prague

Kings Residence
"Great Service . Freundlich team."
Factory Suites
"The hotel is new, and the room was very clean, which we appreciated. The staff also maintained the property well. However, our stay was not very comfortable. There is no air conditioning, and the room became extremely hot, even during the night, making it difficult to sleep. There was also construction work near our room, so we were woken up by loud noise early every morning. Because of the noise, we couldn’t even keep the window open to let in fresh air. The room itself is clean, but it could use a few improvements. For example, there is no mirror in the room—only one in the bathroom—which was inconvenient. Overall, the hotel has potential, but adding air conditioning, improving sound insulation, and making a few practical upgrades would greatly improve the guest experience."

Botel Racek
"This was our third time staying here. Unfortunately, our room was next to the staff room, and sleeping past 7:00 AM was impossible. The rooms were clean, but the service wasn't great. Every day when we came back around 2:00 PM, our room hadn't been cleaned and wasn't serviced afterward. As a non-smoker, I also found it a shame that the best spots in the restaurant were reserved for smokers, seemingly without exception... we were even told to leave that area ☹️"

"It was okay, good value but the room was very tired and the pillow and bedding was quite old and uncomfortable"
Congress & Wellness Hotel Olsanka
"I liked it here so much that I booked it again and extended my stay!"
Mamaison Residence Downtown Prague
"Perfect when travelling for business, breakfast is plentiful and opens at 6:30 which is a bonus!"
Hotel Duo & Wellness
"It was an okay experience. The check-in was chaos, and found the reception staff to be rude, depending on who you get. I don't blame them, hotel seems to be cutting corners and not streamlining the check-in process. This just adds stress to the reception staff. Their management should look into this. I gave this place bonus points for the gym. The gym has a lot of equipment that one can work with. It's good for lifters, not much cardio equipment. I wouldn't stay here again. I wouldn't recommend. I stayed at 8 different hotels, and this one was the worst due to the service level."
