1. The hotel lobby is half a floor underground, and you need to climb the stairs to go down, which is inconvenient if you have big luggage
2. There is water in the kettle, which may be left by the previous guest. The cleaning staff did not wash the kettle, and the work was a bit sloppy
3. The location is good and the transportation is convenient
4. The water in the shower room will overflow
5. The price is OK, not expensive

I am really satisfied with this hotel! Good location, convenient to go everywhere. The room is big and clean. It's hard to find a real double bed room in Europe, as most rooms are made up of two small beds pushed together. But this is a real whole mattress with no gaps in the middle, making it safer for the baby. The family room is basically 1 large bed ➕ 2 small beds, which is very convenient for storing luggage.
The hotel breakfast is not good, the 10 euros is very simple and sloppy, so we did not eat at the hotel. There is a very good and exquisite breakfast shop four or five hundred meters away.

The hotel is a beautiful building, 15 minutes walk from the centre, with metro, tram and market nearby; nice room, with all essential amenities. Cleanliness could be improved, but I enjoyed it very much.

The hotel is not far from the square in the city center. The service attitude at the front desk is very good. The equipment in the room is relatively new. It is a hotel with good management level. It would be more convenient if the front desk could extend its evening service hours.
