GGuest UserI chose this hostel because of its great location. Every night, we played drinking games in the old friend's space at the hostel, and the hostel also planned things like sightseeing tours, which I thought were very interesting. The only thing that bothered me was that there was no elevator and I had to climb a lot of stairs 😅
LLoong HowHotel location is good and located in a very quiet surrounding. It gives us a home feel because it has a garden and planted with beautiful flowers and well kept. Many tables provided on the outside and if you want to chill outside having breakfast or lunch or even some drinks during the evenings, it is a good choice. Room is clean but would be better if there’s some hooks to hang clothes or towels during showering. Besides that little setback, everything is good and staffs are extremely friendly.
GGuest UserAdvantages:
- clean small room
- tasty breakfast (especially the small croissants, they were probably the best I've ever eaten - like home-made)
- nice and helpful people at the reception
Disadvantages:
- I couldn't open the window because I could hear the renovation going on
- the window was a bit too small, although there were absolutely no views outside the window
- you could hear everything when someone was talking in the corridor
- only the people at the reception seem to know English
Just right if you don't plan on staying in the hotel all day, but going out to explore the city.
流流浪嗜酒師Sammi帶你上路It was super nice that they let me check in early. I got there by noon, but they let me in. it was OK, the curtain is not really doing his job, but for its price I find it very acceptable.
The kitchen is cute, don’t really have a wine opener, but the facility is decent enough. I only saw one shower and two toilet to share for the entire floor, but surprisingly was never a queue, rather decent.

GGuest UserLocation is great, but a big confusing to get to. The large sign outside of the building doesn’t actually say the hostel name (A plus). It says something else. The woman that checked me in and out was friendly and welcoming.
I stayed in a “private” room but the toilets and showers were still shared, which was one of the purposes of me getting a private room…. This wasn’t made clear before booking.
The floors were not cleaned, and my room was not cleaned in the second day (I stayed two nights). The toilets and showers were ok, but should be cleaned. When I was there, they weren’t “dirty”, but didn’t look like they’d been cleaned in quite a while.
The common area was just a bunch of tables and chairs and there wasn’t much socializing going on. When I walked in, there’s was one guy who was taking a nap. That was it. There is a cool old-school elevator that works from the first floor, which is fun.
Not sure why my room was as expensive as it was considering I could have stayed in an actual hotel for relatively the same price. Overall this wasn’t a bad place to stay, but definitely not worth the price.

DDaviesRobertVery basic accommodation in the middle of a housing estate but you get what you pay for . On the upside the room was warm at night but could do with a kettle at least . There’s a Lidl close by which is handy but only good for an overnight stay which is reflected in the price
LLimCan’t fault this hotel, especially for price quality ratio. Very old fashioned furnishings in need of an update but if you are not fussy like me, but does the job. Clean. Even has Netflix on tv.

GGuest UserThe apartment is perfect for the price. Send all your documents i.e. passport and selfie in enough time for a smooth check in. Easy to access room/ building with a code released at check in time- no key. Building beautiful, courtyard at the back, pub opposite and convenience shop next door. Parking tricky but always found a space nearby. 5min walk to Museum and main shopping street. From there tourist spots such as Astronomical Clock on the main square are a straight walk down. Visited in winter so snowy and cold, outdoor eating possible as they provide blankets and heaters at most restaurants. Rented a car opposite the main train station. Drove to Bratislava also, it's just over 3 hours. From there Vienna was 1 hour. Well worth considering we did it in a day. More time spent in Vienna as it's huge! Felt safe in the Prague, used Bolt for taxis and public transport pass was £10 for 72 hours.
