The hotel is extremely well located in the center of the old town. As a consequence, several major tourist sides are within close walking distance. The building of the hotel itself is worth to be mentioned. It fits extremely well into the landscape of the old town because it really belongs to it. The rooms and other facilities fit well to the historic environment but provide the convince and comfort of modern hotels. (1) Consistent, the breakfast room carries the atmosphere of the last century but the food served fits with the variation and trends expected from high standard hotels in Central Europe. (2) The service provided by the staff of the hotel is very good—they are helpful and engaged. At the downside, the hotel is a bit too popular. As a consequence, do not expect that early check-in is always possible because the rooms may be available only after the fixed check-out time. In summary, I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel for visitors aiming to explore the old town of Prague and enjoy the uniqueness of this beautiful city.

I hesitated for a while about this hotel, mainly because I was worried that the renovations were old and the facilities might be outdated. However, after reading many reviews, I decided to book it anyway. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock. There are all sorts of shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, making dining very convenient. The hotel's own café is very famous, and the breakfast is excellent. The room facilities didn't feel dated; it was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable.

unik-1Nice hotel, great location, convenient go most of interesting places by walking distance. Staff are friendly. Only one point just the bathtub, normally won't be a problem, but not safe for old people if they need climb over the tub , would be very dangerous. But staff helped us changed the room just with shower facility. I would recommend 👌 breakfast is nice.

the solo traveler 3spacious room, stones throw away from the prague main station, and walking distance from the old town center. can’t ask more for first time trip to prague . loved the view from my room, too. overlooking small park area in front of the train station, the room had nice view and plenty of sunshine coming in from the window. at the breakfast, there’s a la carte menu as well as buffet selections. you get both! which i liked a lot. staff helps with ordering at the table from a la carte menu and coffee. the breads were fresh and still had warmth to them at 7 am (the start time for the breakfast). the room has everything i needed. daily bottle of complimentary water was greatly appreciated. tap water tasted fine, so there was no worry about running out of water to drink. if i would ever come back to prague, i’d book this hotel again.

Guest UserAlthough the building and service were all good, it wasn't worth the money and we found the small room and lack of facilities disappointing. When we arrived they asked us to pay again, as they couldnt find our payment from Trip.com for our reservation. A couple hours after check-in we were told the pool and sauna would be closed for the whole stay. We paid specifically the high price because they offered pool and other facilities. We got no compensation for the inability to use the pool and sauna, and they suggested we could get for a spa treatment at 30% discount, which of course we still would have had to pay a lot of money for. We felt like we should have got some money back for the lack of facilities.

Nice big rooms, and big beds, relatively comfortable beds. Location is ok with 2 supermarkets very nearby. Hilton hotel is directly opposite. Most tourist attractions are not very far away. There is a good Chinese restaurant called Moon in Prague, around 9-10 minutes walk away.
The curtains let in light a bit from the top all night. The shower is not good it's very squashed, i could barely turn around in the shower and the hand held showerhead is low, a lot of water goes out of the shower area onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom sink is good with a big counter.
Prague is a more lively and active city that Budapest, especially at night. We liked the Mucha exhibition, although not many artworks, because we are fans of art nouveau.

We had a great stay at Grand Hotel Prague Towers. The service was phenomenal from start to finish, and the rooms were very well cleaned every day, which really stood out.
Food and drinks at the hotel are a bit more expensive compared to prices in the city, but the convenience and wide selection make it worthwhile, especially after a long day. The elevators are fast, so staying on a higher floor is no issue at all.
The room was spacious, with large comfortable beds and a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. If you stay higher up, the views are open and very enjoyable. The spa located at the top of the building is a highlight, and having access to Thai massage on site is a big plus.
There is also a gym with modern equipment. It is not very large, but more than enough to stay active during a trip.
Parking is plentiful at the hotel and included, which is a big advantage. There is also a metro station right outside the hotel, making it very easy and quick to get into the city center.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and honestly nothing to complain about. Overall, a high-quality hotel with great comfort, service, and facilities. I would happily stay here again.

There was one big problem at the hotel, it was almost always smelling food (frying fish or anything else) even in the rooms.
If you are planning to stay at this hotel, never take the rooms above kitchen, take rooms at higher floors. Ours was 205, and cooking odors were filling into our room straight from the kitchen to our bathroom and then the room itself beginning from 05:00 AM. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and couldn't have rest, though beds were quite good.
You will not feel comfortable sitting at the reception or at the bar as well, as there is that disgusting kitchen odors all around almost all the day.
One more thing we did not like as well, the deposit of €100 upon check-in, though we made all the payment beforehand. We have checked out for two days already, and this €100 has not been refunded yet.
The staff is very helpful and professional.
Special thanks to beautiful Ms. Veronica 😊
Many city attractions are in a walking distance from the hotel, many good shops are around, so that you can do your shopping.

Very good location, The rooms that give the counter are quite uncomfortable given the constant noise of air extractors that are lit every time during the 24 h making night rest a difficult task for more than the windows with Double isolation this closed noise is more than annoying, we asked for a change of room and we passed to another that gives the front that inside everything had the noise of the street but night was acceptable, What we couldn't bear and we had to use deodorants is the very strong and unpleasant smell that was in the room.

We had the most fabulous stay at the President Hotel in Prague. We were warmly welcomed by the staff who stored our bags before check in. The room was spotless, quiet, spacious and tasteful. The housekeeping was immaculate, and the location of the hotel was amazing, right on the river!
