GGuest UserThe hotel is extremely well located in the center of the old town. As a consequence, several major tourist sides are within close walking distance. The building of the hotel itself is worth to be mentioned. It fits extremely well into the landscape of the old town because it really belongs to it. The rooms and other facilities fit well to the historic environment but provide the convince and comfort of modern hotels. (1) Consistent, the breakfast room carries the atmosphere of the last century but the food served fits with the variation and trends expected from high standard hotels in Central Europe. (2) The service provided by the staff of the hotel is very good—they are helpful and engaged. At the downside, the hotel is a bit too popular. As a consequence, do not expect that early check-in is always possible because the rooms may be available only after the fixed check-out time. In summary, I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel for visitors aiming to explore the old town of Prague and enjoy the uniqueness of this beautiful city.

GGuest UserThis bed was so unique, I felt like a medieval European princess! My room overlooked Charles Bridge, and the hotel minibar had so many drinks and spirits, plus they even gave me a big bottle of champagne which I brought back home. It was truly a vintage and wonderful experience. The only downside was the shower pressure; it was quite low, I wonder if the pipes are old. Oh, and the hotel breakfast was perfect too! Eating breakfast while gazing at Charles Bridge was an amazing experience, and the food itself was delicious. That toast with butter and blueberry jam was so good, and the smoked salmon too. It was my first time having soft bread in Europe, haha, I was so scarred by German bread! It's so convenient to walk to Charles Bridge and all the other sights for a city walk. I love Prague, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I chose this hotel after much thought and research for a great hotel for my trip with my mom.
Recently renovated, it boasts a clean exterior, refreshing interior, and a stylish interior. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
Taxis are available right in front of the hotel, making it convenient for travelers with lots of luggage. The tram stop is also nearby, making it easy to get around.
Breakfast was also delicious and beautifully prepared.
If you miss breakfast due to a tour or early check-out,
you can request a breakfast package by asking the front desk in advance.
I was satisfied with my three-night stay.
If I return, I'd like to book a room with a view of the Bultagang River.

JJohnny B GoodNice big rooms, and big beds, relatively comfortable beds. Location is ok with 2 supermarkets very nearby. Hilton hotel is directly opposite. Most tourist attractions are not very far away. There is a good Chinese restaurant called Moon in Prague, around 9-10 minutes walk away.
The curtains let in light a bit from the top all night. The shower is not good it's very squashed, i could barely turn around in the shower and the hand held showerhead is low, a lot of water goes out of the shower area onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom sink is good with a big counter.
Prague is a more lively and active city that Budapest, especially at night. We liked the Mucha exhibition, although not many artworks, because we are fans of art nouveau.

LL...T...There was one big problem at the hotel, it was almost always smelling food (frying fish or anything else) even in the rooms.
If you are planning to stay at this hotel, never take the rooms above kitchen, take rooms at higher floors. Ours was 205, and cooking odors were filling into our room straight from the kitchen to our bathroom and then the room itself beginning from 05:00 AM. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and couldn't have rest, though beds were quite good.
You will not feel comfortable sitting at the reception or at the bar as well, as there is that disgusting kitchen odors all around almost all the day.
One more thing we did not like as well, the deposit of €100 upon check-in, though we made all the payment beforehand. We have checked out for two days already, and this €100 has not been refunded yet.
The staff is very helpful and professional.

Many city attractions are in a walking distance from the hotel, many good shops are around, so that you can do your shopping.

MM36971****The ”deluxe suite” isn't a suite at all; it's just a larger room. The photos made it look like a one-bedroom apartment, so I felt a bit misled. The overall environment was okay, and the room cleanliness was acceptable. The breakfast wasn't particularly extensive; it was just a standard European breakfast. The service was alright, and the location was good. However, I specifically chose a suite because I was traveling with a child, and I feel cheated since it wasn't a one-bedroom apartment.

RrymahabibThe hotel is not bad, old but has its own charm, we actually liked the decor, the location is very good, the breakfast though is very average, nothing special.
We had the worst chek-in experience in our life with Mr Nader, who was very rude, we have booked a superior double room and paid the full amount in advance, when we arrived he simply said he had no room available, and that he will move us to another hotel of theirs, and it was far from the location we chose to stay in for it's proximity to everything we wanted to visit, and that of course without even asking for our opinion. We said no and that it is unacceptable to move us to a hotel on the other side of prague, not in the same category, he even lied and said that it was also a five stars hotel but it was a 4 stars hotel. He was very unfriendly, extremely rude to us, he even insinuated that it was our fault because we had booked the room on the same day and he repeated it many times with a bad attitude. We did, but it was at least 8 hours earlier than our arrival, we even checked several times that the room was still available hours after our payment. He finally silently gave us a deluxe room with twin beds, without explaining anything, when we saw the room we told him that we are a couple on a romantic trip we want to stay in the same bed, he yelled at us saying that we insisted to stay in the hotel and not move to another one, and that the room he gave us is way better than the room we booked, which was a superior double room, we didn't really care about the room type more than we care that we got a double bed, but we finally accepted because we got no choice but to move to another hotel that night. They made the beds closer, but they kept moving away the whole night which was very weird and uncomfortable. He could've at least offered us free breakfast, but he instead made us pay for it, and told us if we want something we could go speak to the manager. It's never about money for us but the way he dealt with unsatisfied clients is the worst, and we work both in the tourism, in fact we are both managers! His colleagues the day after were more friendly and they moved us to a room with double bed with a great view, which we liked much more.
A thing that we noticed is that the staff of this hotel are very unfriendly with no reason, they make you feel that you're bothering them just by walking by (the young blond girl in the reception, the breakfast staff, except for the young guy in the reception and the concierge, who was very nice welcoming and friendly and kept smiling the whole time.
We would only recommend the hotel for its location and the artistic decor, but never for the service.

__대표You absolutely *must* try the breakfast! The ingredients themselves are exceptional. You can enjoy a leisurely meal in a quiet and spacious setting, and it was, without a doubt, the best breakfast I've ever had in my life. The hotel itself was also superb, and I really appreciated how attentive and dedicated the staff were to making sure everything was taken care of.
