GGuest UserThis is in a great location. The price reflects the hotel. We wanted a cheap hotel in juhu to just sleep in. That is exactly what we got. In terms of the rooms I’d say they need some updating. Bathroom was outdated and as clean as you can get to just not being horribly dirty. One of the switches on the wall always gave me a little shock when I pressed it.
These are just things I would tend to. This is what I expected for the place.
Staff was nice and helpful though, and they never sent in house keeping without asking me as I walked past the lobby area.

GGuest UserMake sure you get the higher floors level 6 and above, but do note it's a shared bathroom , which is perfectly fine since it's regularly cleaned. Hot water shower was perfect. If you're more than 1.75, you are gonna hit the ceiling really, especially in the toilet, but it's padded so get ready. Top 2 floors are created at low-ceiling height in order to accomodate 2 floors of rooms. Everything is brand new now and the place is quite good. has a lift too.

I expected the place to be a tourist hostel kind of a place, however, the crowd was completely local and they stay there for longtime, looked like they go to their respective offices from that place. Don’t expect tourist crowd there, it unlike those touristy hostels where the crowd is very much happening.
Otherwise, the place was clean, the receptionist uncle is very sweet and cooperative. The helper guys keeps cleaning the dorm. Inmates mind their own business. Bathrooms are clean, that’s most important. I was there for 2 days. I couldn’t find anything bad there. A typical office goers hostel it was. My stay was comfortable.

GGuest UserRooms are very clean and hygienic. Very supportive staff and service. I stayed with my family,very safe for ladies and girls.quick response from reception as well. I always recommend to stay at city Guest House. Food you can order in your room or you can take a food at Sai Sagar restaurant opposite city guest house. Very valuable and testy food.

AAnyaLocation is good , easy to go to ***y attractions place in Mumbai but difficult to find at the first time it couldn’t found in Google map
Room is very small and not have much amenities only A/C, Hot shower, Elevator and TV which foreigners not understand

GGuest UserAll the staff were humble and they provide good privacy and least interruption. Location is awesome. Some electrical fittings and bathroom tap leak is there but it hardly bothers your stay. Good for family and breakfast is also nice.

GGuest UserAfter i checked-in, the room, room was neat and clean, but there was a bad smell in the room. I had booked room on ep as most of the time i was outside of the hotel, but one day i ordered a loo paratha with chai, in the morning. Chain was perfect, but the aloo paratha, that was like atta paratha, there was not any potato mixed in paratha, it was just wheat, that day was hectic for me as i suffered stomach pain. The room service is also good, few things the hotel management needs to look are:
1:provide good food. 2:provide slippers for washroom. 3:keep a mosquito repelent in the room. 4:keep any good air freshner in the room as well as in the washroom.

GGuest UserHotel is nice and affordable. It's close to center point near fort. Cleaning on daily basis. Staff at reception quite humble. Everything available at phone call. Supportive staff is good. Very cooperative. Overall it's a pleasant experience.

GGuest UserHotel was soo good worthy stay in reasonable price, we have stayed 3 nights & 4 days, location was good services was nice staff was very easily handle the customer and friendly nature. Cleanliness of room and bathroom was very good, we will recommend to the visitors hotel amber is really convenient visitors can go for it.
