"This hotel is really good. By Indian standards, it's absolutely fantastic! Everything was clean: the bed linen, the towels. The furniture and plumbing were in good condition, and everything worked perfectly. The location is convenient, very close to a metro station, and you can walk to the most beautiful Victorian-era buildings. The staff are very attentive, always ready to help and answer any questions. For breakfast, they prepared omelets, fried eggs, various pastries, and local dishes – in short, you could get a very satisfying meal.
We weren't entirely lucky with our room (410, on the first floor of the building next to the main one): it had no window and was very humid, so sleeping on a damp bed wasn't very pleasant. We'd wake up in complete darkness even when the sun was shining brightly outside. Also, right next to our door, something was making a lot of noise in the evenings, like a washing machine or some kind of pump. And overall, we could hear conversations, mobile phone calls, etc., very clearly from outside the door. We didn't discover all these drawbacks right away, so we decided not to ask for another room, as we really didn't want to move our things back and forth. But to future guests, I'd like to recommend: if they give you room 410, it's best to immediately ask to be moved somewhere else."
