"Environment: Since it's a newly opened hotel, the environment is exceptionally good. It's very close to the airport, about 1.9 km away, and a tuk-tuk ride costs around 100 rupees. Service: The service in India is excellent, really top-notch overall. Hygiene: The hygiene conditions are also superb, very clean, and the breakfast is delicious. I think it's very good."

"My stay at the Trident Bandra Kurla was truly pleasant, and I cannot speak highly enough of the impeccable service provided by the team. As a solo traveller visiting Mumbai for work, safety and comfort were very important to me—and the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, making me feel both safe and welcomed throughout my stay. I chose this hotel primarily because of its close proximity to my conference venue, which made my schedule much more manageable. Although I didn’t have much time to explore the city, I was grateful to have a short window before my conference began. The hotel arranged a driver for me—Senthil—who was incredibly kind and efficient. In that limited time, he managed to take me to several key spots, allowing me to experience Mumbai, even if only briefly. I truly appreciated his effort and thoughtfulness. Thank you to the entire team for making my short stay in Mumbai both comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially solo travellers looking for a safe, convenient, and welcoming place to stay."

"WiFi signal in room 626 cannot use for whole my staying even duty manager tried to fix second times, including phone signal still not using when I am in the room but I am outside the hotel everything is normal. Then I moved to other room 669, WiFi and phone signal are better but not stable. All staff are very helpful with nice hospitality."

"Wonderful experience. Excellent staff & service. Very nice room with great view of the Sealink Bridge and Mahim Bay.  Very good location - Hill Road shopping area, Elco, the pain poor’s place only ten minutes taxi ride away.  Minor shortcomings: there was too much furniture in the guest room the furniture was poorly laid out, the bath room sink faucet was loose, the quality of some breakfast food items could be better."

"I ordered a classic hamburger for dinner à la carte at the hotel. After 45 minutes, the burger bun arrived ice cold and soggy. I spoke to the waiter and told them that such service should not be provided. The hotel's solution was to offer a 10% discount on the bill. I was very saddened that such a beautiful establishment has such shortsighted management. I hope they improve."

"The hotel is luxurious, beautiful inside, service is impeccable and the staff are lovely. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of food on offer. The pool area is gorgeous. The hotel is only a few minutes drive from the airport."

"The hotel is located very close to the international airport, which is convenient. However, on the day I visited, there was a road blockage which was not shown on Google Maps. My driver asked me to get down and walk, which I declined, and instead we had to take a 2.5 km detour to reach the lobby. The staff explained that this was due to government work and that even they had to commute the same way. At the front desk, service felt a bit cold. For example, guests are asked to collect their own welcome drink, which is fine, but not something I’ve experienced at other Mumbai properties. I also tried calling the restaurant and service desk multiple times for dinner, but no one picked up. On the positive side, they did offer me a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture. Overall, cleanliness was good and the hotel is decent if you just need a convenient stay while transiting through the international airport. For leisure purposes, however, I would recommend avoiding this hotel."

"I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and even 6 star but this hotel deserve 7 star ranking in terms of their service, amenities, management, room layout and interior everything is just so more than perfect. In every hotel you can find atleast one mistake but here, no they are not gonna give any chance of disappointment. They all are very professionals and I really enjoyed my stay here. And I'll recommend everyone to go for this hotel without a second thought. Thank you for making everything very special"

"The room was not very spacious, and the bed was about the size of a single or semi-single. I booked it because it was introduced as having ”the best breakfast,” but it was just an ordinary Indian breakfast. For lunch, they had Western-style? dishes, and the photos looked nice, so it was disappointing. I think the price is due to the location—only 7 minutes by car from the airport—but since I had no plans to go to the airport this time, it just felt like an overpriced hotel. ---------- 部屋はそれほど広くなくシングルかセミシングル程度のベッドサイズであった。 「最高の朝食」と紹介されていたので予約したが、普通のインドの朝食だった。 ランチには欧米風？のメニューもあり、写真も良さげだったので残念。 空港から車で7分の立地のためこの値段なのだと思われるが、今回は空港に行く予定が無かったので、ただの割高なビジネスホテルと感じた。"
