Had an absolutely amazing time at four seasons! From the kindness and the smiles from all the staff to the cleanliness and spacious room. Everything was perfect!
We were lucky to have our roon upgraded, and there were balloons, cute sweets, and a chocolate cake at our room! Which was a wonderful surprise and made our engagement and my fiancee's birthday celebration even more special!
Room service was super efficient, and the food was amazing!
Dinner at san:qi was pleasant! Good interiors and not at all loud, perfect place to go on an intimate date. The food was great, and so was the service - special thanks to Nikhil, who took care of us!!
Overall, it was a great experience! Hospitality at its finest! 100% recommend.

The team is very friendly - but nobody picked up at the restaurant when I tried to order some food. Other than that, the service was impeccable.
The room is well appointed with very nice bed and bathroom. There was no bathrobe in the room and there’s no dining space for two people (only one chair in front of the desk plus one arm chair; shower was a bit hard to use.
All in all my experience was positive, will consider to stay here again next time when the AER bar is open again

After 2 years and half not as good as used to be.
Breakfast in a different area, you need to go out of the hotel and not please as before. You need to wait before to sit, noisy and too busy.
The rest of the service, ok not great.
Not sure if I’ll come back here next time.

Unfortunately the hotel service is mediocre.
The food in the hotel restaurant is totally disappointing, my girlfriend who is from finland makes Indian food much better than in the hotel, please don’t waste your time and money in that restaurant.
The rooms are good and clean is something that cannot be taken away from the hotel.

Fantastic property - amazing staff - everyone is very welcoming and they go to great lengths to get all your needs sorted out. Great and a very comfortable and spacious room with a beautiful sea view especially when the sun is coming down! Our go to hotel every time we are in Mumbai!

Amazing amazing amazing staff and service. We tried a few off property restaurants during our stay but found ourselves drawn back to the in site restaurant SanQi every morning for breakfast and most dinners. They made us feel like family and specialized our food for each family members liking. Mr Singh, director of Concereirge and Customer Experience runs a tight ship and all of his staff do amazing work. The spa was amazing and Niyati made the whole experience truly relaxing. Lastly, the bartenders at AER are awesome. They take their time and make some amazing drinks. The staff by the pool side also are very customer centric, asking my mom and bringing her Pan Ice Cream which was her favorite. If you are coming to Mumbai via air I suggest you have the hotel staff organize ‘Meet and Greet’ service which will meet you plane-side and whisk you through immigration and customs. Thank you Four Seasons Mumbai staff 🙏🏾
