AAnonymous UserWe stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace for 5 days and 4 nights as a couple, and our experience was truly unforgettable. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade from the Tower to the Palace wing, which made our stay even more special. The welcoming ceremony set a beautiful tone, and the complimentary drinks and chocolates sent to our room were a thoughtful touch—especially the hot chocolate, which was honestly the best we’ve ever tasted.
The breakfast buffet had a good spread, and everything we tried was delicious. The à la carte portions were perfect as well. A special mention to Kiran, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
Our room was always spotless thanks to Sachin, our housekeeper. His attention to detail truly impressed us—flower-petal art on the floor, towels neatly placed under our shoes, and beautifully arranged toiletries. These thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely cared for.
We also want to highlight Sapna from the front desk, who went above and beyond to arrange breakfast to be sent to our room on our last day since we had an early morning flight. Her efficiency and kindness made our departure smooth and stress-free.
K. Singh, the bell boy, was always welcoming with a pleasant smile and ensured we felt comfortable each time we entered or left the hotel.
The gym was well-equipped and enjoyable to use, rounding off a perfect stay.
Overall, our time at the Taj Mahal Palace was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely return soon.

It's an experience in itself staying here and feels like a treat.

The hotel itself is spotless and very well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The restaurants are excellent, with great food and a high standard of service. DD.SriramThe Taj is always going to be superb, of course, and this one is no exception.
Two small points -
1. For some reason I had to keep re - signing in to the same WiFi network when I went from the room to various public areas of the hotel
2. There was a peculiar smell of drains in the corridors outside my room which never entirely went away
Barring that of course, marvelous hotel, lovely staff, amazing breakfast buffet, super rooms, very nice pool and gym.

WWanderWisdomMy stay at the Trident Bandra Kurla was truly pleasant, and I cannot speak highly enough of the impeccable service provided by the team. As a solo traveller visiting Mumbai for work, safety and comfort were very important to me—and the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, making me feel both safe and welcomed throughout my stay.
I chose this hotel primarily because of its close proximity to my conference venue, which made my schedule much more manageable. Although I didn’t have much time to explore the city, I was grateful to have a short window before my conference began. The hotel arranged a driver for me—Senthil—who was incredibly kind and efficient. In that limited time, he managed to take me to several key spots, allowing me to experience Mumbai, even if only briefly. I truly appreciated his effort and thoughtfulness.
Thank you to the entire team for making my short stay in Mumbai both comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially solo travellers looking for a safe, convenient, and welcoming place to stay.

BBharat61I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything.
Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening.
Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Mini bar was locked and was not accessible.
Good breakfast.
In general staffs were ok, Gatekeeper Sardarji was helpful and welcoming guests with a warm smile. Really appreciated.
While checking out, the receptionist was asking me about the minibar. It seems the minibar would be opened to according to guests profiles!

MMarti_13The hotel staff is extremely nice and helpful: I had few requests during my stay and everything was kindly and efficiently accommodated.
The location at the Marine Drive is nice as only steps away from the promenade and few restaurants around; view from the room is amazing! Moreover, Colaba is easy to reach by foot with a 15 mins walk: overall the position is ok for tourism. If you are there for business and you need to travel across the city (especially towards the airport side), it's maybe not the best option to pick, better to choose something more central.
Breakfast buffet was amazing and delicious, everything felt extremely fresh.
Only small cons were:
- the gym which is quite small and lack some basic machines like bikes, but what is there is all Techno-gym and new!
- the overall finishing that feel a bit old (but very well kept), which is why - I guess - it's good value for money overall.

GGuest UserThe yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there.
I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .
