4-Star Hotels in Mumbai

Had a stay lasting a week. From checking-in to checking out the service was great. The finest I have experienced. Staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help if something was required. Food was good when we had breakfast and lunch. Broad choices to satisfy most diners. From the greetings from the security, to the porters to the front desk, restaurant and cleaning team all were great. Location was good, right next to Lower Oshiwara Station Line 2A. Great for travelling and connectivity to South Mumbai and North too. Pleased with our stay and would recommend to fellow travellers. Regards Hitesh

The hotel was beautiful with good breakfast and wonderful staff and 1522 bar on the second floor. Although the general maintenance and cleanliness needs to be looked at.

Neat and clean property with all facilities. Staff is very helpful and caring. Satellite TV, WiFi, air conditioning, food variety, bar, pool etc, all are good. Electric switch controller in room is latest technology and sometimes issues to operate if you are not used to it.

Advantages: The service is very good, the breakfast is very clean and rich, and the service of the restaurant staff is very good. Disadvantages: The hotel is old, the room has no paper towels, the floor is not mopped clean, and the air conditioning is loud.

Thank goodness for this hotel  Was clean and comfortable specially the areas we wanted to visit everything near by  Lovely staff and breakfast was amazing  They made freshly masala dosa and your choice of omelette  Lovely selection of food, we enjoyed our breakfast.

I will start this by saying this hotel is amazing and I think anyone visiting Mumbai should stay here. I’m a backpacker from USA & took me a while to find a good hotel in Mumbai, since it was my first time visiting this amazing city. Every hotel had bad reviews or highly expensive. So I decided to pick this one and hired a taxi service, (which you could do on this website.) The hotel is a drive down south from the airport in Colaba. The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the famous Taj Mahal hotel so how could it get any better. A short walk from all the touristy spots. It’s perfect. The hotel felt very safe. There’s security that watches over you and the rooms are on the second floor. There’s a front desk and everyone there is kind and helpful. The room is very clean, no bugs, no dust, good ac, little candies and a perfect shower. Perfect pressure, perfect hot water. They have tea, coffee and unlimited water bottles. The breakfast is the best part. Don’t skip out on it! They have a lot of options from Indian to western & everything is made with care and love. The breakfast might be the best part :) idk who the chef is but he/she did a wonderful job. Okay, so no more searching and stressing! Book this hotel, it’s a winner!

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

Fantastic Room and Service. I had a one day stay and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean and at a good price.

Good hotel with all facilities. Not the best for solo female travellers as there is a club on the top floor. Can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. But the staff is quite supportive and caring. They do their best to make you feel safe. Food is good. Overall satisfactory.

To be honest, It was kind of hard to find the hotel but I was glad that I could find this hotel. It’s located nearby with the Airport. So for those who always book early flight, you can stay in this hotel. Everything is so vintage in this hotel and so peaceful. Worth every penny.
