GGuest UserThe hotel is located very close to the international airport, which is convenient. However, on the day I visited, there was a road blockage which was not shown on Google Maps. My driver asked me to get down and walk, which I declined, and instead we had to take a 2.5 km detour to reach the lobby. The staff explained that this was due to government work and that even they had to commute the same way. At the front desk, service felt a bit cold. For example, guests are asked to collect their own welcome drink, which is fine, but not something I’ve experienced at other Mumbai properties. I also tried calling the restaurant and service desk multiple times for dinner, but no one picked up. On the positive side, they did offer me a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture. Overall, cleanliness was good and the hotel is decent if you just need a convenient stay while transiting through the international airport. For leisure purposes, however, I would recommend avoiding this hotel.

GGuest UserNot too fancy. they have what you would need for a business stay. Gym is too small. 99% Breakfast is catered only for Indians. Wish there was more Western options for other travellers.

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience. That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience. While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

PPANCHALGood hotel with all facilities. Not the best for solo female travellers as there is a club on the top floor. Can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. But the staff is quite supportive and caring. They do their best to make you feel safe. Food is good. Overall satisfactory.

GGuest User⭐ Review for The Sahil Hotel, Mumbai I recently visited The Sahil Hotel in Mumbai, and it was a really pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful from the start, and the check-in process was quick. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything arranged neatly. The location is convenient too—close to major areas in South Mumbai, which makes it easy to get around. The food at the hotel restaurant was tasty and had good variety. Overall, it felt safe, calm, and welcoming. If you're looking for a comfortable stay in Mumbai with good service, The Sahil is a solid choice.

GGuest UserThis charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

RRadicaltravelsI will start this by saying this hotel is amazing and I think anyone visiting Mumbai should stay here. I’m a backpacker from USA & took me a while to find a good hotel in Mumbai, since it was my first time visiting this amazing city. Every hotel had bad reviews or highly expensive. So I decided to pick this one and hired a taxi service, (which you could do on this website.) The hotel is a drive down south from the airport in Colaba. The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the famous Taj Mahal hotel so how could it get any better. A short walk from all the touristy spots. It’s perfect. The hotel felt very safe. There’s security that watches over you and the rooms are on the second floor. There’s a front desk and everyone there is kind and helpful. The room is very clean, no bugs, no dust, good ac, little candies and a perfect shower. Perfect pressure, perfect hot water. They have tea, coffee and unlimited water bottles. The breakfast is the best part. Don’t skip out on it! They have a lot of options from Indian to western & everything is made with care and love. The breakfast might be the best part :) idk who the chef is but he/she did a wonderful job. Okay, so no more searching and stressing! Book this hotel, it’s a winner!

XXIAOLEIThe hotel is very close to the airport, but there will be a lot of noise near the airport runway. In addition, there are many horns in the traffic jam in front of the hotel. There is also a temple in front, so there will be a time of about half an hour in the morning and evening. Singing, the sound is great. There are a lot of people in the neighborhood, and I feel that there are many people in 24 hours. The environment near the hotel is relatively poor. It feels like a slum but not dangerous. The hotel is very new, health is OK, you can call the front desk if you have any questions. There will be numerous reminders at the front desk. There are few boiled eggs and toasted bread for breakfast. The other is an Indian meal. There are more flies.
