Been staying at St Regis Mumbai every time we visit Mumbai for work. Location is incredible or in fact the best amongst all the hotels in Mumbai. Great service as usual. We used the business centre services as well as the coffee lounge for meetings… everything was smooth. However may I suggest to tone down the fragrance at the reception? It gets a bit too overbearing after a while :)

Unfortunately the hotel service is mediocre. The food in the hotel restaurant is totally disappointing, my girlfriend who is from finland makes Indian food much better than in the hotel, please don’t waste your time and money in that restaurant. The rooms are good and clean is something that cannot be taken away from the hotel.

The location of the hotel is awkward and the surrounding law and order is not very good. But the hotel itself is very good, it is the best within a few kilometers, suitable as a temporary booking option. The interior of the hotel is relatively small, including aisles, restaurants, gyms, etc., but the rooms are not small at all, and the control buttons for curtains are all integrated on the box on the bedside table, which is very convenient. The restaurant is affordable and tasty, with a Chinese menu including dim sum. The service is very good and enthusiastic. It is not the kind for you to consume, but the one from the heart, so I gave it for the second time. Just spend 30-50 rupees. Breakfast is not very good, it is all Indian style breakfast, but if you are like me milk coffee, egg bread, and a little fruit can solve it, then there is no problem. In addition, the biscuits in the picture and the light of Indian biscuits are sure to bring back a little.

AMAZING 😍 , A Special mention of Raza who was our one point of contact who made every thing soo smooth... Thank you chef's for making the food as per our preference and sooo good it , the food served was fresh , hot and the buffet was filled at all the hours .. The service team who was there for everything ..... All my guest were super happy with the ambience, the service and the food .... Usually we always worry about the AC temperatures but that was also bang on ... So if a 100/ 10 to the entire team for making our day soo special
