Great experience at Taj Mahal Tower, from the check in, to the room service, to the breakfast variety and restaurant food everything was superb. Located just outside India gate. The little touches like the traditional welcome and the complimentary heritage tour make it all the more special. The room service staff were friendly and nothing was too much effort for them. I would definitely recommend it if you want a relaxing high end stay in Mumbai.

I found this hotel to be a solid option for a stay in Mumbai. Very good location, excellent attention from the competent and friendly staff, comfortable and clean bed, hot buffet breakfast included. My room was spacious and quiet, and had working AC and nice hot shower. While some fixtures in the bathroom could have been improved, I would definitely stay here again. There's also a nice restaurant bar on the 9th floor with an open terrace and views of the city.

I stayed for 2 nights on Friday and Saturday. The first floor was a club, and the music was echoing with a lot of explosions from around 20:00 to around 26:00. Recommended for club lovers. It is good because it is close to India gate and each tourist attraction, but it is painful in the lack of sleep. The window in the room is not key. Easy to intrude. The bathroom is so water pressure in the shower, the window is not completely closed, and there is no net door and the insect is easy to enter. No toilet paper. No toothbrush. There is body soap and shampoo. No conditioner. Breakfast is not rich in variety, but not bad. The breakfast venue is quite difficult to understand. The breakfast venue staff is blunt, but it is effective and kind. In the morning, there was a newspaper at the entrance of the room. The hotel corridor and stairs are relatively clean. There is a PC work desk, but the chair is high.

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful inside, over the top service, great food in the restaurants. A must stay if you are visiting Mumbai. Would recommend booking the half board as its great value and the food is top class.

В номере есть чайник, вода пополняется каждый день, есть чай, кофе в пакетиках. В ванной комнате хорошее наполнение косметических принадлежностей: шампунь/гель/бальзам/лосьон, шапочки для руша, маленькая расческа и наборчик из пилки, лейкопластыря и ватных шариков и палочек. Персонал хорошо говорит на английском, очень доброжелательные, бесплатно и без проблем заселили в 9 утра, спросили во сколько будет удобно выехать. Мы сказали в 14 часов и они без всяких вопросов с удовольствием согласились. Просто превосходное отношение к гостям! Завтрак понравился, жарят свежие яйца на любой вкус, а так же разнообразный стол: много сендвичей с овощами, индийские блюда, превосходный сыр (в том числе плавленые пластинки), вкусный кофе из кофемашины, свежевыжатый соки! Отель однозначно один из лучших а этом районе!❤️

First visit to India, Mumbai India's largest city, alone. The hotel which is a 1.5h taxi ride away is worth Rs 1,000. Don't be fooled. In the center of Kraba, the seawall and Kraba market are downstairs. They are very lively and traditional. India Gate is about 5 minutes walk along the seawall. This location has access to many authentic Indian local cultures. At the same time, the hotel has tour groups for Japanese elderly people, as well as other white people. There is no Chinese, so the hotel only provides information and services in English, no Chinese. Very satisfied with the breakfast, although not many, I feel they are all very authentic Indian cuisine. I like it different from person to person, very clean, and the service is very enthusiastic. I can stay until late and be serious. The hotel room facilities are very very general and ancient. The Ctrip Diamond VIP is more than 3400 yuan in 4 days. The interior of the guest room is only equivalent to the 200 yuan of Hanshang Hanting for 7 days. It is clean and cleaned every day. With a pillowcase; the biggest problem is that the air conditioner sounds huge and cannot open the window. The first day of the stay reflected the situation. The service only cleaned the air conditioning port, but it was still loud, there was no way, I didn't want to move the location. Out so much that I almost tinnitus, I don't know if other rooms will. I will start this by saying this hotel is amazing and I think anyone visiting Mumbai should stay here. I’m a backpacker from USA & took me a while to find a good hotel in Mumbai, since it was my first time visiting this amazing city. Every hotel had bad reviews or highly expensive. So I decided to pick this one and hired a taxi service, (which you could do on this website.) The hotel is a drive down south from the airport in Colaba. The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the famous Taj Mahal hotel so how could it get any better. A short walk from all the touristy spots. It’s perfect. The hotel felt very safe. There’s security that watches over you and the rooms are on the second floor. There’s a front desk and everyone there is kind and helpful. The room is very clean, no bugs, no dust, good ac, little candies and a perfect shower. Perfect pressure, perfect hot water. They have tea, coffee and unlimited water bottles. The breakfast is the best part. Don’t skip out on it! They have a lot of options from Indian to western & everything is made with care and love. The breakfast might be the best part :) idk who the chef is but he/she did a wonderful job. Okay, so no more searching and stressing! Book this hotel, it’s a winner!

Hotel location is very good, just next to the Indian Gate, walk about 5 minutes, go to other main attractions is also convenient, free breakfast, the variety is relatively simple, can only say that you can eat full stomach
