MMHilmiDAudNew establishment in Hatyai. The room is very nicely decorated, with free mini complimentary bar in the room. The bed is comfortable.
Most importantly, the shower gel/lotion/shampoo smell so good. All the amenities is well organized and well maintained. Great job Bestier Hotel Hatyai
Parking is available at the back of the hotel.

CCELESTE YEONNThe city was hit hard (heavy rain- floods) in the year end 2025. Many hotels have the smell couldn't been wash away. But this hotel have been perfect in handling odour away except the unremovable sofa (please refrain sitting the sofa,it smells terrible like spoil tofu/egg ept) Other than that, it is a great place for events. Breakfast was great, gym available, swimming pool ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

AAfifa AimiThis hotel was a pleasant stay for me. It is very clean and the location is super convenient as it is just opposite Central Festival Hatyai and next to Makro. Other popular tourist spots are also nearby within around 3KM and easy to get around by renting a bike or using Grab/Maxim. Service was great, we arrived early around 7:30AM just to drop our luggage and the staff were happy to keep it. They even allowed us to check in an hour earlier since our room was ready. Amenities were good and looked very nice although I did not have time to enjoy them as I was mostly busy food hunting. The staff were friendly, helpful, spoke decent English and some Malay and breakfast did not have many choices but was acceptable and suited my taste as a Malaysian. Sorry I do not have much pictures taken inside the hotel

GGuest UserThis homestay was absolutely amazing! The hospitality was warm and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and the atmosphere felt just like home. A perfect place to relax and unwind—highly recommended!
