MMHilmiDAudI have a good stay here. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Can converse using good english. The parking space is huge. Location wise is very strategic, as is it easy to get around. The hotel also provided free shuttle to go to anywhere within 5km radius. For sure will choose this hotel if im planning to go to hatyai again.
The room is clean & spacious. Nice decoration. Concierge service is very good. Cleaning staff is very attentive too. Overall very good stay here.

GGuest UserFar from city centre (abt 3-4km away). Room with NO blackout curtain. So super bright once sun is brightly rising in the morning. Room is provided with 4 bottles of drinking water, which is generous. Unlike Good Dream Premiere Hotel that I stayed previously with nearer location to city centre and of similar room rates, there's no complimentary snacks provided. Note: photo not related to hotel stayed

Nice room with beautiful room, smart tv, WiFi, bathtub and pool access.
Delicious breakfast
We stayed in no smoking room but we could smell the smoking smell and no wardrobe
Overall, we had a pleasure stay here.
