"The location is absolutely fantastic; there's a food street right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to step out whenever you like. The only thing is, we were in the older building this time, so the room felt a bit dated. A significant issue was the large bathtub in the bathroom, which would be quite a challenge for elderly guests to get in and out for a shower! Still, we managed to make it work."

The large room meant we had plenty of space to move around, and we even got a corner room. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

BBluesalmonThe location is excellent, right on the main road. Check-in was smooth and on time. The room was incredibly spacious and featured a bathtub. My only small complaint is that the staff forgot to provide bottled water, so we had to go down to the front desk to ask for a large bottle for the two of us. They offer convenient luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. On-site parking is also available if you're driving.

MMoonIs near .... opposite is Lee Garden Hotel . I'm leaving level 4 , have 8 bedrooms mix . Toilet is sharing but is separate male and female 👍. 1bedroom 1bed . Overall is clean n cool 😎 👌.

PPakkianathan DavidI had a pleasant stay at JB Hansa Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was excellent, close to many shops and conveniences. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. I also appreciated the free car park, which made traveling around much easier.
Overall, it’s a great value for money and I would definitely recommend JB Hansa Hotel for both short and long stays.

AAnonymous UserMuslim lady at the receptionist is not warm and friendly. She is only friendly to the thais and/or malay guest who can speak her dialect ie. kelantanese. If you are a regular malay guest like me, dont expect a warm welcome. Location of the hotel and the size of the room are the only 2 things good about this hotel.

As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.

MMuhammad ZulfahmiGood service, the receptionist allowed us to check-in early before 12 pm. The family room was big and much enough for 4 adults. But, the wifi hotel in the room is quite slow and sometimes we have to reconnect. Overall, the staff was good and excellent. Also, very convenient for the travellers who come to Hatyai by train as this hotel is just beside the train station. Would like to visit again, thank you!
