tantanchunHad a wonderful stay at Casa 33 Hatyai! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We were also welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink, which was a lovely touch. Great hospitality and a pleasant stay—I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hatyai!

Guest UserI checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place.
Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place.
I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels.
On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either.
My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents.
Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

RoserelaI've stayed here several times, but this is my first time in a street-view room, and it's on a high floor too! There were no rooms available at first, luckily I managed to book one through Trip.com 😅. The lower-floor rooms I stayed in before weren't as good, to be honest.

Anonymous UserService is excellent. Right after I arrived by Grab staff came in to help with my luggage. Room is clean and location is nice too. It’s right in the middle so it’ll feel like it’s far from Kim Yong Market and Lee Garden (10 minutes walk each). However, it’s still walkable as the route is in straight line. Minus point is only the view lol since my balcony faced the back and there was a construction.

Anonymous UserWe had a pleasant stay at Tachang Airport Hotel Hatyai. The family room was spacious enough and comfortably accommodated our family. The room and surrounding areas were clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was convenient and hassle-free, with ample space available. The beds were very comfortable, allowing all of us to have a good night’s sleep after a long day of travelling.Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Hatyai.

Anonymous UserEverything was great, just the location was a bit average. But that's okay, taxis are cheap. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. You needed to log in with a separate username and password, and even then it was unstable. It would constantly disconnect, and you'd have to wait for it to reconnect or log in again with another account. It was such a hassle, why does it have to be so complicated?
However, there's a massage place next door that's cheap and good! The hotel even promotes it; the flyer says 350 baht for a two-hour Thai massage, but it's actually 300 baht for two hours. It's cheap and excellent! Definitely worth checking out!

แดงพงศ์The breakfast set offers a wide variety of choices, with complimentary drinking water and coffee, and even a coffee machine. It's located in the alley behind the Crystal Hotel. The road leading to the hotel might be a bit rough, but the hotel facade is beautiful with a parking lot. They also sell healthy snacks and drinks.

This hotel in Hat Yai, Thailand, boasts an excellent location, just an 18-minute drive from the airport, with a peaceful and quiet surrounding environment. My stay was comfortable; the room was clean and the service attentive. The only minor inconvenience was a brief 15-minute power outage that night. Overall, it offers great value for money and I'd recommend it to travelers seeking convenience and a pleasant environment. It would be perfect if the electricity stability could be improved.
