LawcchThis hotel has a good location near Makro and central Hatyai mall. The receptionist can speak English for easy communication. However, the shower water heater was faulty or power tripped, as the staff thought on switching on the power. We don't use the water heater. The Aircon is good and cooling. They have a free coffee facility for guests near the door entrance.

Guest UserI checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place.
Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place.
I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels.
On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either.
My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents.
Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Anonymous UserEverything was great, just the location was a bit average. But that's okay, taxis are cheap. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. You needed to log in with a separate username and password, and even then it was unstable. It would constantly disconnect, and you'd have to wait for it to reconnect or log in again with another account. It was such a hassle, why does it have to be so complicated?
However, there's a massage place next door that's cheap and good! The hotel even promotes it; the flyer says 350 baht for a two-hour Thai massage, but it's actually 300 baht for two hours. It's cheap and excellent! Definitely worth checking out!

This was just a transit stop on my way from Malaysia to Southern Thailand. The room was quite comfortable, had a balcony, and the bathroom design was practical. Breakfast was decent, and for the price, it was acceptable. It's very close to the long-distance bus station, and there's a mall and restaurants nearby.

vongcatcatThe hotel's most impressive features are the beautiful lobby, automated toilets, and bathroom decor. However, the in-room toilets are not automated, and the bathroom tiles are different. The shower gel smells lovely, but the shampoo leaves hair dry, and there's no conditioner. The water pressure is poor, and the hot water is unstable. There are no slippers and no doorbell. The internet disconnects during the day and can't be reconnected. Soundproofing is bad, but the bedding is comfortable, and the pillows are just right – neither too soft nor too firm. The hotel's ground floor offers complimentary coffee and snacks, but the drinks are unpleasant; many people just pour coffee and leave it untouched. There's no air conditioning indoors. The location is very convenient, with excellent connectivity. It's a 3-minute walk to Peter's Panang Nian Gao, an 8-minute walk to Hood Coffee (highly recommend the 'dirty' coffee – it's not too sweet or greasy), and a 10-minute walk to Kim Yong Market and Lee Garden Plaza, where you can find anything you want to eat. If it rains, you can borrow an umbrella from the hotel. The staff are nice, and the hotel can arrange car transfers for guests to and from Penang, the Malaysia border customs, and tours in Songkhla city, costing around 2,000-3,000 Thai Baht. In-room massage services can also be booked.

LHUIXINThe hotel's location and customer service were great. However, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and a strong smell coming from the drain. The bathroom in the room was quite unappealing due to the sewer smell. I hope you can address these issues. Other than that, everything was fine.

The price is reasonable, location everything ok
But the hotel room wall sound proof is worse , in the room , we can hear clearly what people talking in the corridor. Especially midnight if people walking and talking, it is too noisy to fall asleep.

Guest UserI would like to propose a new approach to the booking process.
Regarding bookings, since I am using a Diamond-tier account, when I make a reservation for a guest or anyone else, it is not necessary for me to know the guest’s name at the time of booking. What matters is the booking number that we present. The guest who checks in can simply use their own name, as long as it matches their ID card or passport, that should be sufficient.
There is no need for us to contact or disturb the guest just to ask for their name, especially since sometimes the booking may be made up to 12 hours in advance. Therefore, I would like to suggest that we improve this process by applying a Kaizen approach.
Nowadays, we should prioritize convenience in the booking process. Booking should not require the guest’s full name in advance.
I would also like to raise another point. In the airline industry, passengers can complete online booking and even online check-in, despite having very strict security systems. However, in the hotel industry, I do not understand why online check-in is still not fully implemented.
Why is that?
If you want, I can help you make this sound more persuasive (for a meeting or proposal) or shorter for LINE/chat 👍

Hostel was decent. Very cold too even though it’s a closed capsule. Capsule quite small, better for those who travel with only one bag (recommended). I had 2 bag (1 luggage 1 gym bag) and the space quite crowded with stuff haha. Toiletries not provided except for towel. Towel is thick so it’s hard to dry in air conditioning space. Advisable to bring own towel that is thin and easy to dry. Bring hanger as well (recommended) if you need it to hang your clothes as they dont provide it much. Plus point: location is in the centre (lee garden) and every place is walking distance (kim yong, lee garden plaza, 7E, HatYai Junction, Amazon cafe). There’s also a lot of massage shop along the hostel building. If you are here for songkran, definitely you’ll get wet the moment you step out from the hostel haha. Very convenient place and friendly customer service!!

The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, but the TV and the kettle have problems and can't be used.
