AAnonymous UserHotel located at a convenient spot, 10 min walking distance to Lee garden/kim Yong market area. Room is cozy, clean and spacious, comes with Complimentary mini bar where you can eat all the snacks and drinks. Before we arrive in hatyai, we touched base with the hotel to arrange for driver to fetch us to the KTM station - they were so helpful and recommended a few drivers for us so that we have more options. Upon arrival, my dad’s room tv was broken and we requested to change his room. They were kind enough to upgrade his room to a bigger one. I was not feeling well the second night and they even offered us medicine. The service in this hotel is top notch, staff is super friendly and helpful, accommodate all requests we have. would definitely stay back this hotel again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa 33 Hatyai! The hotel has a clean, minimal, and modern design that’s both stylish and cozy. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and smelled amazing thanks to the luxury bath amenities. The bed was super comfortable.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. Service was top-notch from check-in to check-out. The small pool and in-house café were nice touches too. Everything felt well thought out, from the layout to the decor. Highly recommended for couples or anyone looking for a boutique experience in Hat Yai!

TterdThe accommodation offers ample parking and isn't far from the mall. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The water pressure was strong and the air conditioning was cold. All amenities were complete, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices.

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, with cafés and massage shops right outside, and it’s just 5 minutes walk to Lee Garden Night Market. There are tuk-tuks available all day. The reception was helpful and provided toothbrush upon request. However, the shower gel wasn’t refilled even after I notified the front desk. Overall, a pleasant stay, though housekeeping could improve.

AAndrew CKFThis hotel located in Songkhla is very new and fairly clean. Not much complain to be honest. However, it is very hard to book Grab or get a taxi here as it's rural area and quite a distance away from Hatyai. Lucky for us to meet a friendly Grab driver since Day 1 and has been always asking him to fetch us personally. If not, it will be so much of a trouble concerning how to travel out from this hotel to Hatyai or back to Airport.

GGuest UserThe staffs are very attentive and responsive. The hotel breakfast is pretty good too. The only weakness is the sound proof is not good because i can hear it clearly whenever there is guest who is walking outside, open and close the door. Overall its still value for money.

Delicious breakfast
We stayed in no smoking room but we could smell the smoking smell and no wardrobe
Overall, we had a pleasure stay here.

AAnonymous UserGood location, walk to Lee garden around 5minute walk, while the famous gok lok restaurant was 1o’clock opposite street, new 7-11 also 2-3minute walk. Super convenience. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Had been renovated. Stay here on 2019 and now this 2nd time visit after so long. Although there is older a bit but still acceptable. Provide with light breakfast on every morning. And there is 4 mineral water supply every day. Recommended for stay.

GGuest UserMy first stay in this hotel, was impressed by the lobby, very cozy and nice. As for the room, it was spacious and clean, no complaints. Front office staff wasn’t very friendly. When checked out at 10am, there was no staff at the counter. The cleaner helped to look around, waited for 10 minutes then the lady staff came out from the door behind the counter. No greeting and apology, just ask me to wait for room check and that took another 5 minutes before I had my 500 baht deposit back. Hotel location is near to Lee Garden and Kim Yong market, short walking distance, convenient.
