Amazing
LLeeAiTeeEvery time I come to Hat Yai, my only job is to book the hotel and Casa 33 is always our first choice.
The hotel is clean, bright, and peaceful. Everything is well taken care of, and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable.
On my last two trips, Jub at the front desk gave me great suggestions as soon as I arrived. Special Thanks to her and all reception staff as well for the warm welcome and support
AAnonymous UserThe room averagely clean. But my first experience was disappointing. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nites. My 1st room check in smell of cigarette smokes. Need to change room. 2nd room need to change room too due to basin taps loose can't be use properly. Exhaust bathroom also not working.. I think the hotel maintenance is poor. Overall, reception service staff is good and housekeeper too. Location near to Central Hatyai shopping, Greenway and Aseania..
Hope that hotel maintenance improves.
The bedroom deco not what it's in the photo..
AAnonymous UserThis was just a transit stop on my way from Malaysia to Southern Thailand. The room was quite comfortable, had a balcony, and the bathroom design was practical. Breakfast was decent, and for the price, it was acceptable. It's very close to the long-distance bus station, and there's a mall and restaurants nearby.

NNFaaaaaaaaHGreat Service and Convenient Location, but Some Minor Issues
This was our second stay at this hotel, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. We arrived late, but the staff welcomed us with big smiles and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room, including the bathroom, was clean and well-maintained.
One of the things we appreciated was the convenience of the location. There's a 7-Eleven just around the corner, which is very handy. The hotel is also quite close to the ASEAN Night Market and Central Hat Yai, making it easy to explore the area.
Although the hotel doesn't provide dedicated parking, there were a few parking spaces available in front of the hotel and along the back alley. However, it can get quite full at night due to the bar next door. We still managed to find parking during our stay, but at times you may need to walk a little.
Downsides:
The biggest issue is the bar located right next to the hotel. It gets quite loud after 10 PM, and we could clearly hear the music in our room. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this might be a problem.
The water drainage in the bathroom was poor on the first night, causing the bathroom to flood after a shower. It improved slightly on the second night, but the water still pooled before eventually draining.
We booked a twin room, and one of the beds was quite wobbly—it shook every time someone moved. The other bed was fine, though.
Despite these issues, the friendly service and convenient location made our stay enjoyable. If the noise and minor maintenance issues don’t bother you, this hotel is a decent choice for a short stay in Hat Yai.

MMM SawWe drove in from Malaysia and decided on this hotel as it offered a secure car park within their hotel building.
We also wanted a spacious room with a window that opens.
The location is another plus point as it is in a quieter street yet within easy walking distance to the Lee Garden night market.
The hotel has many food options nearby: a rice and rice congee shop with a big selection of dishes; a shop specialising in duck noodles plus other duck parts side dishes; a seafood eatery (which we didn't try but had lots of customers every night; and a nice cool (air-conditioned) coffee shop to escape from the daytime heat. (Mixue is another ”cooling” option just around the corner from the hotel)
After dark there are food and drink stalls along the roadside nearby. Lots of other places to eat and drink we didn't get round to trying...
From the hotel it was easy for us to drive to Songkla and Central Hatyai shopping mall as well as Big C Superstore as we were able to avoid the congested area near Lee Garden.
Though the hotel is a little tired, the service at the front desk was excellent. Housekeeping was done promptly and we returned to a neat room.
All in all, the hotel is worth the price we paid on Trip.com (with a 3-night stay discount and a one extra night extension).
I especially liked the ”wooden floor” laminate as it feels clean and softer on my feet.
The spacious room made it comfortable for a slightly longer stay, without getting in the way of each other.

Good
GGuest UserThe staff were very friendly and the accommodation was clean. The only thing was that the dormitory room was on the third floor, so it was difficult to bring my luggage up there. It was nice that there was a shower and shampoo.

Llaosnewhorizons** A Simple Stay**
Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair.
As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.
