AAhmad IbnukhairHad a great stay at Richmann Resort Hotel Hatyai. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything was well maintained. The hotel has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, which was perfect after a long day of exploring Hatyai. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The facilities were well kept, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus. The location is slightly away from the busy city center, but Grab rides are affordable and easy to get, so it wasn't an issue at all. In fact, I appreciated the peaceful environment compared to staying in a crowded area. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hatyai. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

GGuest UserThe Smart Hotel Hat Yai is in a great location, near Central Hatyai and Makro, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to nearby attractions, which is very helpful for travelers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide good service throughout the stay. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone visiting Hat Yai.

NNFaaaaaaaaHGreat Service and Convenient Location, but Some Minor Issues This was our second stay at this hotel, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. We arrived late, but the staff welcomed us with big smiles and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room, including the bathroom, was clean and well-maintained. One of the things we appreciated was the convenience of the location. There's a 7-Eleven just around the corner, which is very handy. The hotel is also quite close to the ASEAN Night Market and Central Hat Yai, making it easy to explore the area. Although the hotel doesn't provide dedicated parking, there were a few parking spaces available in front of the hotel and along the back alley. However, it can get quite full at night due to the bar next door. We still managed to find parking during our stay, but at times you may need to walk a little. Downsides: The biggest issue is the bar located right next to the hotel. It gets quite loud after 10 PM, and we could clearly hear the music in our room. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this might be a problem. The water drainage in the bathroom was poor on the first night, causing the bathroom to flood after a shower. It improved slightly on the second night, but the water still pooled before eventually draining. We booked a twin room, and one of the beds was quite wobbly—it shook every time someone moved. The other bed was fine, though. Despite these issues, the friendly service and convenient location made our stay enjoyable. If the noise and minor maintenance issues don’t bother you, this hotel is a decent choice for a short stay in Hat Yai.

YYURA HASANI stayed at Tachang Airport Hotel and found it very convenient, especially since it’s located near the airport. It’s a great option if you need a place to stay before catching an early flight the next day. Another downside is that there is no lift, so guests need to use the stairs to access the rooms. This may be challenging for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Overall, it’s still a practical choice for a short stay near the airport, but keep in mind the limited facilities and accessibility concerns.

GGuest UserThis hotel is super close to Hat Yai's biggest mall, and there's also a Big C behind it. The room was clean, and it was really convenient for getting around. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the snacks and drinks they sold at the front desk were very reasonably priced.

GGuest UserI checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel hygiene is well maintained. We love the ambience. If you need to shop, there’s a mini Big C store right infront of the hotel. Entrance for hotel is behind Big C. There’s no lift, so the staff helped us to carry our luggage. We checked in late around 9pm and the staff on the duty at the receptionist that night wasn’t so friendly. Had the difficulty to communicate and gave us look when she was frustrated. The staff we meet earlier in the morning and during the checkout were nice and warm. The TV was not a smart tv, so there’s only 3 news channel available. Tv remote control not functioning. The blind/curtain is see through.
