Hat Yai Hotels with Parking

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the bed was soft and great for sleeping. The staff were all very friendly. Even though there's no elevator, they helped carry our luggage up to the room. The only downside was too many mosquitoes. I hope they can improve their mosquito control for next time.

The rooms are new and clean, and the staff provide great service. There are separate swimming pools for men and women. The location is good, and the price is affordable.

Me and my husband love this hotel. It is located beside Makro and also near to Central Hatyai Mall. Near to asean night bazar. Got 7e near hotel. U can also drive about 5min to reach the new supermarket Go wholesale. The receptionist is friendly, can speak malay also. But have to pay 500baht by cash for deposit. They will returned once u check out. They also clean your room everyday. For me, it is worth it with the price, locations&cleanliness.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Hatyai Signature Hotel – Stay Review Overall, my stay at Hatyai Signature Hotel was okay, but there are several areas that could be improved, especially the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities. Room: The room was generally okay and comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the large refrigerator, which was very useful, especially for storing drinks and food during the stay. However, the floor cleanliness needs more attention, as it could have been cleaner. The room lighting could also be improved, as it felt a little inadequate and could be brighter. Parking: Parking was okay and available for guests. However, it is on a first-come, first-served basis, so availability may be an issue during busy periods. Swimming Pool: Unfortunately, the swimming pool area needs significant improvement and better maintenance. There were quite a lot of dead leaves and sand in the pool, which affected the overall cleanliness. The water pump was also not functioning during my stay. Another disappointment was that pool towels were not available. This area definitely needs more regular cleaning, maintenance, and attention. Reception/Staff: The reception service was okay and the staff were generally satisfactory during my stay. Location: The hotel is a little far from the city centre, but this was not a major issue for me as long as you have your own transportation. The location can be suitable for those who prefer to stay away from the busy city area. Overall The hotel has some good points, particularly the spacious refrigerator in the room and convenient parking. However, cleanliness and facility maintenance—especially the swimming pool—need more attention. With better housekeeping, improved room lighting, and proper pool maintenance, the overall guest experience could be much better.

The room is nice. The air-conditioning is very cool. The location is great. Walking distance to the Lee Garden Night market, Robinson Mall, train station and massage parlors. Highly recommended. I will stay again.
