"We had a wonderful stay. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. "Our room was right at the end of the lift lobby. Upon entering the room, it was spacious and clean. The location was quite convenient with a halal restaurant and several massage shops opposite of the hotel. Lee Garden Night market is about 10mins walk from the hotel. The only 2 downside were the aircon can be abit noisy and I have difficulty sleeping at night due to the sound. They dont provide iron and iron board. They offered to iron my clothes instead and when we checked out, they charge me on the ironing services which I thought was complimentary."

"Hotel room was spotless. Bathroom clean and well equipped with toiletries ann a hair dryer. Air conditioning worked well. A sofa in the room would have been perfect! The wifi worked well. The hotel is right in the heart of the night market, souvenir shops and massage centres. Tuk tuk services were very easy to get at the hotel entrance. There is a mall at the ground floor with Boots strore and souvenir shops. Very convenient!"

"The location was excellent and very convenient. It was within walking distance of Lee Garden Night Market, making it easy to explore the area. There was also a large 7-Eleven right downstairs, which was very convenient. The room was spacious, and I enjoyed the city view from the window. It was nice to be able to look out over the city, especially at night. The room and bathroom were a little dated and could benefit from some renovation. Other than that, everything was fine. "Do NOT book this hotel. It's a 4-star hotel, yet at 8:04 AM, before check-out and without any prior notification for housekeeping, someone suddenly swiped a key card and opened our door! I was packing, and my boyfriend was working on his laptop when we suddenly heard the swipe and the door just opened! The person saw us inside, didn't apologize, and only after we yelled at them to close the door did they mumble something in Thai, slowly closed it, and walked away! I regret not chasing after them to see who it was! We quickly tidied up and went to the front desk to complain, but the response we got was just a brush-off. We asked to see the manager but were told the manager was on leave that day. Seriously, for a 4-star hotel, is there no one else who can handle a guest complaint besides the manager who's on leave?! Absolutely ridiculous! I've already given them a chance by sending a complaint email, but it's been weeks, and I haven't received a single apology letter! This clearly shows that the front desk didn't even escalate our complaint. So, I have no choice but to leave a bad review here to warn anyone planning to book this hotel: please be careful with your belongings and your safety, because this is a hotel that disrespects guest privacy, has no proper management, and doesn't respond to guest complaints! Our anniversary was ruined by this frightening experience."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and new. We also really appreciated the free drinking water provided — there was plenty for us to drink. All my family and friends agreed that we would definitely book this place again. The price is affordable, the environment is comfortable, and the overall service was very good. There is just one thing I hope can be improved: although you use electronic locks, it would be great if the main entrance door could have an additional locking function, or if the electronic lock could be set to remain locked from the inside. My child has learned how to open doors, and because the electronic lock does not have a proper child-lock function, she was able to open the door and walk out by herself. The staircase outside is open and quite dangerous, so I had to be very careful throughout our stay. The same applies to the bedroom door — my child could easily pull it open, so I had to constantly watch her to make sure she didn’t open the door and go outside. I hope you can consider improving the locking function, especially for families travelling with young children. Other than that, it was a really great stay! We will definitely come back next time. A very nice place with great service! 😊"
