"Good location. Convenient to go places further by Grab booking. Hatyai junction train station is just about 8 mins walk to the hotel. Plenty of street food during the night. Lee Gardens night market just in front of the hotel and Kim yong market is nearby."

"Hatyai Signature Hotel is a bit dated — you can tell it’s been around for some time. The sofa had some stains and the pillowcases were quite thin. However, for a quick overnight stay, it’s still okay. Reasonably comfortable and convenient for a short stop."

"Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The downside is that the air conditioning is not cold, the lighting is not bright enough, and the WiFi is really weak 😤. Other than that, everything is fine — there are convenient power outlets available. Room service and front desk service are perfect. 👌🏿 The location is great, just 600m walking distance to Lee Garden Night Market, and there’s a big 7-Eleven nearby."

"My stay at Richman Resort was MARVELLOUS. We stayed at the villa which has 3 rooms, a living room, a private pool, and a heated pool too! Each room has a very large TV (perhaps 75inch) and the rooms are spacious too. The resort feels so luxurious it makes you feel so rich, yet the room prices are very decent. The villa supposedly accommodates 6 adults only but they allow another guests (with additional charges) and that includes towel, blanket and the breakfast too! Best thing is the breakfast was served in the villa, food are great (they are non halal but there are other food you can eat), they provide two main courses for each person and a beverage. Their services were SPLENDID, I mostly contacted the receptionist through whatsapp messages and they responded the kindest and have every solutions to our issues. All staff are amazing and very helpful and that makes the experience even more enjoyable. Very recommend everyone to stay here!"

"First time at Hatyai. I stayed in 3 nights. Location is good, near the Diana department store and restaurants. It is a central of city. Convenience to head to many places around popular places in Hatyai or easy for upcountry. Room is pretty clear (4/5)"

"Nice and affordable hotel very closed to the Hat Yai Junction train station. Staff members were really friendly and welcoming 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 7 eleven store is downstairs and Tuk Tuk drivers and taxi services available right front of the entrance. Hat yai is beautiful city full of friendly locals and home to famous Asean night bazar and many other attractions nearby. Many local food options and KFC is walking distance from this property and if you're keen for some shopping Robinson is right next to the KFC, in fact store has a entrance door through the KFC as well."

"I had an overall wonderful stay at this hotel, tucked away in a pleasant, convenient location. It’s within easy walking distance to Lee Garden, a charming little night market that serves delicious street food until midnight. The neighborhood feels safe even late at night — aside from the occasional biker pimp offering “ladies.” They aren’t aggressive, though, and leave immediately when declined. One curious incident stood out during my stay: I returned to find my belongings oddly rearranged. My luggage had been moved from a corner to the bedside, and my charger was unplugged and tossed inside the bag. Management kindly checked the CCTV upok request and claimed that no one had entered the room while I was away. Strangely, nothing was missing. Perhaps it was just my imagination… or maybe something a bit supernatural. Either way, it felt harmless, but I’d still recommend keeping your valuables locked or with you. This happened only once over several nights. Service throughout was all right, and the staff were warm. Room service is thorough. However, a few practical issues are worth noting: some rooms have unconnectable Wi-Fi or air-conditioning that can’t be adjusted (I learned this after switching between three rooms). Another minor frustration was the hotel’s policy of issuing only two room card, which makes it tricky to keep the room cool when you’re out whilst still having two traveller accessibility to the room. Despite these quirks, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others. The shampoo and soap and toothbrush provided could be better though. For the price paid I would expect better quality."

"We had a very pleasent stay here for 3d2n. Clean hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. Parking spaces are plenty. Walking distance to Central Hatyai,Makro, Asean Night market, etc. Provided travel adapter for each room. Can enjoy complimentary hot drink dan biscuits at level 2 from 6-11am. Highly recommended 👍🏼"

"For a budget hotel, it's pretty good. The AC is cold enough, the shower has good water pressure, and the hygiene is excellent with clean rooms. I'd recommend bringing your own travel adapter and hairdryer. The soundproofing is a bit poor; I was woken up by cleaning noises from next door or upstairs in the mornings. However, it's quiet at night. The hotel offers free parking. There are also convenience stores and food stalls nearby, which is very convenient."
