"The hotel isn't luxurious, but it's simple, clean, and tidy. The bedding was comfortable and odorless, and the duvet was just the right thickness for sleeping with the AC on. Usually, I have trouble sleeping in new beds, but I slept wonderfully all week here. Although the room didn't have a kettle, there's a hot water dispenser with purified water in the public area downstairs, and coffee, ginger tea, bread, cookies, and snacks are available 24/7 – perfect for a quick bite if your flight is delayed or you're heading out early. These thoughtful details really stood out. The cleaning staff also did a great job. It was convenient for dining out or going to the supermarket. We walked about a kilometer to some attractions, and for further ones, we used the hotel's tuk-tuk. In seven days, we explored all of Hat Yai, and overall, I was very satisfied for the price. The only odd thing was when a glass cup, sitting on the bathroom sink with toothbrushes and toothpaste, suddenly cracked in half and fell into the sink. It didn't just slide off. My husband and I were both watching TV in the room and couldn't believe it. My husband later guessed it might have gotten too hot from the sun near the balcony. We mentioned it to a staff member, and despite a language barrier and them not seeing it happen, they promptly compensated us 100 baht, which resolved the issue."
