KKitisak PhetphunFor those who are looking for a place to stay with a good atmosphere, quiet and privacy, Rat Min House in Songkhla is another option that should not be overlooked. It is very suitable for those who really want to relax, not chaotic, not disturbed, suitable for taking a quiet time to reflect on yourself or reset your mind.
The accommodation is simply decorated but looks warm (there is air conditioning and high-speed internet for free, but there is no refrigerator and TV in the room. The refrigerator can be used in the common area). The owner is kind, provides good service and is friendly, making you feel comfortable from the time you check in until the day you return.
The breakfast is also extraordinary, especially the curry menu, which tastes more delicious than the price and is considered very cheap when compared to the quality.
Advice: You should check the room rates in advance before booking because the prices during the weekdays are significantly cheaper than during the festival.

MMHilmiDAudI have a good stay here. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Can converse using good english. The parking space is huge. Location wise is very strategic, as is it easy to get around. The hotel also provided free shuttle to go to anywhere within 5km radius. For sure will choose this hotel if im planning to go to hatyai again.
The room is clean & spacious. Nice decoration. Concierge service is very good. Cleaning staff is very attentive too. Overall very good stay here.

AAnn ZakariaThis is condominium + hotel style. Complete with kitchenette, hall, tv, sofa and even coway water filter for drinking. Free parking lot at the basement with security. Also it equip with iron, ironing board, hair dryer and it has balcony for deluxe suite room (balcony- forgot to take picture)! I love this place. All things i need it complete in this place. I would recommend this place.

KKangI stayed alone and overall it's a good hotel where the night is quiet and the receptionists are very attentive & helpful when I reach out. The hotel has only a few massages and restaurants nearby but I was able to find a local restaurant and relaxing massage nearby within walking distance. The downside is the hotel WiFi kept disconnecting throughout the night and my data was having a hard time loading when I was in the hotel. Overall it is a good hotel but it might not be my first hotel option when visiting Hatyai as I was having trouble on the hotel WiFi and my phone data had no service.

LLeonardzzI stayed at Subanan Resident in Hatyai and had a really good experience overall. The cleanliness is the first thing that stood out — the place is spotless, probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in this price range.
The service was also impressive. When I had an issue with the WiFi, I just gave them a call and the staff personally came over to hand me the code face-to-face. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. Even on my first visit, the parking service was clear and well-organised, which made things easier.
Location-wise, it’s not in the busy tourist area, which I actually liked. It’s surrounded by local houses, so the vibe is calmer and more relaxing. Within walking distance (about 4 minutes) there’s a Big C Mini, and a 7-Eleven about 7 minutes away. It’s a nice balance — not too far from convenience, but away from the tourist crowds and heat.
As for amenities, they’re average. One of the rooms came with a Netflix account, while another didn’t, which was a bit inconsistent. Also, setting it up wasn’t the most straightforward — you need to switch between the TV remote and the Xiaomi box remote, which takes a little figuring out.
Overall, if you value cleanliness, friendly service, and a calm local atmosphere over being in the middle of the tourist spots, Subanan Resident is a solid choice.
Btw the coffee n tea pastries is just a cupcake and milo powder

BBluesalmonThe location is excellent, right on the main road. Check-in was smooth and on time. The room was incredibly spacious and featured a bathtub. My only small complaint is that the staff forgot to provide bottled water, so we had to go down to the front desk to ask for a large bottle for the two of us. They offer convenient luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. On-site parking is also available if you're driving.

AAkkawat HanpanichGood location, behind Sri Trang Market where there are many delicious things to eat. If you use Google to navigate, you might get lost in a narrow alley.
There is a parking lot with automatic barriers, convenient and safe, but the grassy parking lot is overgrown. Makes it look a bit cramped.
The bathroom is quite old. Many things are broken. For example, the hose handle fell off. The lotus vegetable handle is loose and I'm afraid it will fall off as well.
There is little light in the room, quite dark, and the refrigerator is not very cold.
Overall good, good value for money, location with no shortage of food.
